Our local news (Spokane) has just done a bit on Acupuncture and Cold Laser being used to help heal chronic pain, helping diabetes, shingles and more! Wow! What a great resource!

They said that European studies have so far shown it to be effective. Have you ever heard this before?

Alee, I love accupuncture...I had "tennis elbow" from doing to many massages...(I am a massage therapist} about 4 yrs ago. A friend of mine suggested an accupuncturist and I had only 1 session and I had no pain after...and I havent had any problems since.

Have done acupuncture for a back problem and sinus problems worked great but took some time to have relief. But I also took a year to seek help. The downside is my insurance company would not pay for it so it does get expensive to continue treatment. But I would suggest it to anyone having problems. It's a little weird though having needles stuck into your body.
