Well this did not work out and you know what thats okay. I guess it just was not time yet. God has a plan for me and this was just not it. So okay I can live with that. Thanks for the good thoughts.

I may have a possibilty here of purchasing a fully functional restraunt. It is an owner finance with only 5000 down. The restraunt grossed ofer 260,000 last year only being open 3 days a week. I am nervous and scared and need to figure out how to come up with 5000 dollars, but I know if it is God's will I will find a way. I figured I could be open a number of days a week and do teas on Saturday afternoons, and still be able to do some catering and the cakes. There is a lovely room in the back that has a very sweet mural painted on the wall, and would be perfect for teas. Keep me in your thoughts.

Yay Amy, go for it. By the way, another suggestion: you could also rent out the place for birthday parties and other community things. I'm rooting for you! :D

Thanks for the good thoughts and good ideas about the B-day parties and such.... I found out the liscese and inspection is 400 dollars and 200 dollars every Dec 31 for a renewal. So not too bad there. I ma making calls and finding things out. I will let you all know more when I know more.
