Clare, I too am so sorry to hear this. Will keep you and your family in my daily prayers. Like someone else said, this isn't over yet, so you just keep fighting as long as fight is still in you! I believe that you'll know when the Lord says it's time to come home, but until then you've got to keep on "keeping on" here with your family.

I will continue to pray like crazy for you guys. I wish I could do more ....something tangible I guess...please keep fighting!
I have a close friend who had liver cancer and had a transplant (her sister donated part of her liver) and recovered and is still doing well 8 years later. She was only 30 at the time. I know there are so many of us pulling for you.

Clare...healing thoughts and prayers are surrounding you and your family. I know that miraculous healings take place..A friend's brain tumors disappeared when everyone said otherwise...SO continue Believing....

Clare - I am sorry to hear your news but I know that you can beat this - it is just a temporary obstacle in your path, I truly believe that. I know that your faith is strong - I can feel that through your posts. As the other girls have said, do not give up or give in.

I'm just beginning to know your story since I am "new" farmgirl, but in reading your post, my heart broke for you. All I know to say is that God is an AWESOME God and if it is in His will - you will be healed. I will pray for you, your precious children and all your family. Clare girl,
You have our love and prayers here. Being wise in the midst of the battle and taking stock is wisdom. Yes, praying for Steve and Maddie and Jake. You, my dear sweet friend, are a woman of faith. Faith isn't always a glorius place to be, it gets hard and muddy doing the wrestling, regardless of how it looks, it is still faith.
When you are weak, we will be strong for you. When you can't take one more step, we will carry you. When you think it is an ending, we will believe for a beginning. We will never never stop believeing for you healing.

Hi Clare-
One thing that I heard is the visualization of your normal cells attacking and being victorious over the abnormal cells is a powerful tool as well. I am so glad you have hope as it is an amazing medicine! Just don't believe that it is in anyway possible for you to leave you family.
You are such a strong, brilliant woman. I know you will beat this. Don't take "No" for an answer with your doctors! *lots of hugs!*

Tomorrow I go for an MRI of the liver. There is a chance that it is nothing. The little teeny spot only uptaked a bit. PLEASE PRAY for me!!! This is the chance I am looking for.
Also, the radiation oncologist said the original tumor could just uptake due to treatment. Therre is no way to be sure whether the tumor is active or not.
So, best case scene is NOTHING in liver, wait a month, then rescan. Then, see if tumor is smaller or less active or whatever but pray, nothing on liver. Then have a surgery to remove what is left of tumor.
So, MRI tomorrow. Appointment with those results as well on Friday. It's easier now to smile and keep up the visualizations.

We'll all keep praying and sending positive energy, Clare. Sometimes, the machinery can cause spots to appear. My pal Susan was called back on her mammagram because of a suspicious spot, only to discover, after a sleepless night, that the scanner had caused the blur.
