We have learned that my DH Sister has stage 3 Overain (sp?) Cancer, She has undergone surgery to remove the tumor only to find that it has grown around her Kidney and around her uthria (sp?), She is on Morphine and has a drainage tube for the Kidney. She has a long couple of months ahead of her of Chemo and Radiation, She will be staying all week in the Hosp for the treatments and only going home to visit family on the weekend. Do not know how long this will be going on. We live out of state and are trying to think of ways that we can help, I am making a small quilt for her. Sorry for the spelling, I'm so upset, She is a darling lady and i'm blessed to have her in my life.
Please pray for her (Wendy) and her DH/family thru this.

Heather, so sorry to hear this. Will keep you all in my prayers. I think it's wonderful that she has someone who cares so much about her.

Heather, I'm so sorry to hear about your sister....I will pray that she is strong, and has all the support she needs during these next long months. Where there is a will there is a way.

Thank yOu Ladies, Wendy is back in the Hop. and starting her Chemo/radiation treatments. the family is filling up the calender with one family member being with her in the Hospital at all times till this is finished! My DH will be out of state with her April 14 for the week, I'll hold down the fort here.
Please keep the prayers coming.

Oh dear Heather! So sorry to haer about your sister being diagnosed w/ cancer. Sending lots of prayers and healing thoughts your way for your sister as she goes through this. If you need anything, pleeeeeease let me know....lots of hugs to you and your family.
