I am new to the Farmgirl connection. This past Monday I wanted to kill some time while my son had football practice so I sat down in a Barnes & Noble and picked up MaryJanes book. I was immediately intrigued. My husband and I have changed our eating lifestyle to organic this past February and I am always looking for new recipes and ingredients. I owned a farm for 10 years and miss it desperately, though I do have a nice small garden this year. As a mom of 4 and working full time it has been tough. I yearn for the peacefulness of the country.I would like some ideas on turning a small garden and private yard into a piece of the farm I remember- any ideas?

Welcome Beth,
I've also tried to use organic as much as possible.
There are so many wise and creative people here on the forum.
Ideas will come to you to make a little piece of the farm happen for you.
