Country Lawyer's post on David Cassidy has gotten me to thinking who are Hot Hunks these days.

Number 1 on my list would have to be JON BON JOVI. OH my gosh, he is so much better looking now than he was years ago. And now talk about wonderful hair, can you imagine how good he would look laying that head on one of Miss Wilma's pillows. Whew.

I also love Hodge on Criminal Minds. Such intensity, and I love to hear him talk.

Another one would be the doctor guy on Grey's Anatomy. The dark haired one, I just adore his eyes even though I cannot remember his name.

Okay ladies, I am off to take a cold shower.

The Grey's Anatomy doctor is Patrick Dempsey. I agree on that.... :)
I watched an old movie from the late 80's or early 90's with him in it, and back then he was gawky and a little geeky. He's filled out very nicely later on.

I had a mad cruch on David Cassidy when I was a kid.
But now, Alan Rickman and Viggo Mortensen. Don't ask, because I don't know why. :)

i just don't see any 'younger' stars as being as sexy as he was!

Mmmmmm, let's see any of you watch Moonlighting the vampire show that is on right after Ghost Whisper? That guy is so sexy. Also, I still love Clint Eastwood,Tom Brokaw and Alan Jackson for sure.

My answer is the same as always. David Cassidy! {Sorry Brad Pitt, sorry George Clooney, sorry Jessie McCartney (who, by the way dates David Cassidy's daughter)}.

My hubby! I have never had a "crush" on any actors. Some are "cute" but one look at my hubby and I melt!

I really like Harrison Ford and Tom Selleck (Tom has such a great personality). But my ALL-TIME favorite is Sam Elliot.

ooooh, be still my heart. i love george clooney, and i just was discovering heath ledger when he broke my heart, i'm still not over that.
but my all time lovey love is.....sam elliott. ya have to love a man who understands the value of staying with one woman instead of flittin from flower to flower......of course as he says it helps when you get it right the first time.
my oldest daughter works in a tavern in dallas and one day she called me from work all a twitter,,,,,mom, she whispered guess who just walked in......then she put him on the phone......it was the undeniable voice of ...HIM!
well, after i quite fumblin and stumblin over myself reality clicked in and i said....wait a minute.....who are you married to...now it was his turn to stumble and fumble.
just a little joke mom, never mind.
doesnt that kiddo realize i have a heart condition?

George Clooney is so smooth, whenever he is on any talk show or anything, he seems like he always has it in control. I just wonder if you can even embarrass the man. He is a good one.

I have to agree on Sam Elliot and Tom Selleck, wow! And Robert Redford. They are just so...manly! So many guys have already been named, but I also think Keifer Sutherland is hot. I guess I have something for cowboy-kinda guys.

I have always melted when I watch Robert Redford walk - in jeans with boots, or in a suit, or on the beach in shorts......I said this on another thread, but when hubby and I went to see The Horse Whisperer, hubby turned to me at the end of the movie and said "You would have stayed wouldn't you?" We both laughed.

Speaking of that, no one has mentioned Clint Eastwood. Bridges of Madison County.....and I am a very happily married woman, but I might have gone with him!

Younger hottie - Matthew McConnaughy - I know I spelled his name wrong...but I liked him a few years ago, in earlier movies, more than now, but he is very cute.

And I have always loved George Strait and Steve Martin, too! Steve Martin has something about him, he is so intelligent and insightful and smart and then totally silly, that it makes him sexy to me.

Living in L.A. I get the uncommon treat of running in to celebs on the street or glancing over at a stop light and seeing some handsome dog and then thinking "Hey, isn't that...?"
For all you ladies atwitter over Sam Elliot I saw him in a local Ralph's grocery store about 3 years ago in Malibu, CA and he was SOOOOO yummy. Deep voice, salt and pepper hair and all. sigh.

My personal faves however are Val Kilmer and Michael Keaton. They're both dreamy and have a bit of the cowboy in 'em! LOL!

linda, i am afraid i would not be able to stand up yet if i ever saw sam elliott at the grocery store.
if i dont quit reading this thread i will never get my work done, plus i am drooling all over my new keyboard. i cant believe an old omie like me could be like this. my oldest daughter is always teasing me and saying, mom you are such a closet hottie.
it makes me giggle ever time she says it.

here is the pic my daughter always goes to when i deny i have ever been a hottie. i feel like i have always been the "buddy" type.
this pic is almost 20 years old now and goes back to my days of being in a bluegrass band.
well, those were good memories. sorry i got off the track there.
the other guy in the pic is popeye my little chicken that had a terrible overbite and had to be hand fed.

Frannie you're gorgeous! What a wonderful picture. I'm sure you're just as hot now girl.

Yes, I had a moment there where I had to reel myself in lest I make a complete fool out of myself.

I'll tell you about my Michael Keaton sighting some time.

The funniest one I saw was Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger in a land rover driving down Pacific Coast Highway. They were both hold starbucks cups and she was yelling at him and he was looking straight ahead like a man that had truly tuned his woman out! Makes me laugh every time I think about it!

He is NOT on my hunk list btw and for the record who didn't adore David Cassidy?

well, you are sweet linda, but remember this pic is 20 years old, and now i am a "fluffy" omie.
most of the time the only one who wants a snuggle is the grandkids, cause our house is heated with wood and they say i am "warm cause i have a lot of padding."
they have this discussion right in front of me, cause they are not old enough yet to be all caught up in how ya look and whether you are thin or fat.....uh, fluffy.
