a word of caution regarding DHA and ARA found in things that don't normally have it (like some milks and artificial baby milk and various other products) The DHA and ARA that is put into things not normally containing them is generally derived from algea using a neuro-toxin (yet another reason to breastfeed instead of formula feed.) that neuro toxin stays with the DHA and ARA after it is derived.
Just be careful what you get yourselves into. Read all you can about every new fangled health nugget....
I'll try to find the link here in a bit but I am just taking a break from inventory...

Thanks for the warning Tasha. I get quite confused when I'm reading all the articles about the natural & healthy herbs, vitamins and what not that they say we should be taking. If I went with everything they said to take in the magazines, I'd be popping supplements all day long & spend more on them a month then my mortgage! I take Omega 3, womens vitamins, and black cohosh. All of which has kept me in good, healthy shape for the past 3 years!
