Hi all,I was wondering if anyone has any treadmill workouts that they like,or any advice for walking.I love to walk,but its too cold and I want to lose the 10 lbs I gained since last fall.Any advice? |

I love using the treadmill. It's by the computer so I can listen or watch some of my favorite podcasts or watch a movie. Right now I'm watching Carol Tuttle Healing Conference with Donna Eden.
Only on problem our treadmill is dying quickly. Got to find another quick so I can stay on the downward roll. 5 pounds off & only ... to go.
But the best thing is I feel great!

I really like my treadmill, but only have used it a few times since it was moved to the basement, need to get it back upstairs, I like to listen to the radio, upbeat music, I am going to get some books on cd to listen when I finally get back on. Pam |

I haven't been on mine in awhile, but I follow this routine when I am on there. It is 20 minutes of interval training.

I run 5 minutes, walk 1 minute, run 5 minutes etc... unitl I reach a half an hour 2x a week. One day I do the same for 45 minutes. It helps you metabolism speed up doing different speeds because your body works harder. Reminder, you do not have to run very fast at ALL! This is for fat burning exercise.[:D
