Hi, Frannie! Oh, but my name is getting higher on the list too! One day soon I'll see MY name up there! So excited! Yes, your tweed and plaids are adorable, for sure. But, it's the "traditional" variety for me. Yep, that's me and my bunny. Traditional! |

Fran, I think my little bunny is a pastel angora kind of girl with bandaids on her knees (do bunnies have knees???). But I will let her speak her heart to you!

tina, i am a shabby chic kinda girl myself, but here at the farm we call it "sharecropper chic" cause the shabby has just out priced itself for us! also our home is 2 sharecropper dwellings that were joined together to make a house. so it really fits the sharecropper motif better. i have some fabric that i think will suit your bunny just fine. i will post some pics on it later.

Well, Frannie...since I am getting 2 (Wah Hoo!), I would love to have one with the felted wool (your traditional way) and the other in a tweed (perhaps the boy-o)....I really just would love them no matter who they show up as :)...I'll just wait to see what you ask me.
I can't wait to see Susan's!!!! I want to see her little knees

ya know mine is probably more along sharecropper chic too..some of that "shabby chic" decor can get down right pricey! So..maybe mine is more along the lines of thrift shop chic..but you know what I mean..vintage lady prints and roses and white bird houses sort of thing.

I can't believe I missed this thread until today! These are so adorable, as everyone has said! It sounds like you have found your passion, and I wish you well. The photos have been so cute, following the progress of each bunny.
I entered your draw, on the other thread. Sure hope to win, as I have a deacon's bench in my kitchen with a spot on it to welcome a bunny!
Hope your hand is coming along, too. I read earlier that you had hurt yourself.
Best of luck with your new venture, Lori

back from a much needed spring break, and ready to start again on the bunnies. so sorry about the delay, but i really needed some time off and had a grand week.
if you look closely you can see suan's little pink bunny riding in the truck bed along with other companions that have started hanging out here at the farm.

Oh Frannie- What a sight they are all crowded into the truck together. That last bunny is fixin' to cause some trouble if you ask me, snickering like she is- or perhaps just yawning;) Rebekka

That's sooo funny, Rebekkah, because I thought the white one, first in the second part of the truck was a trouble maker!!! Looks like an ornery little thing, if you ask me!!!!!
How adorable they all are, though. I just love them to pieces!
Hope you had a nice spring break!

okay, it is official here at the farm, SPRING has sprung and i am back on the gig as my dh says. that means i have cleaned all i am going to(okay for the time being) and everything has been put up for the winter and the spring/summer house is set up(for better or worse).......... and that means that i can turn my attention back to the bunnies. FIRST, i had to catch susans bunnie. she is a spry little thing, an outdoorsy kinda girl and not that partial to clothes! well, she is such a cute littel pastel pink angora bunny and she didnt really see the need for clothes, but i was finally able to talk her into a sweet little sundress, she is the first bunny dressed in spring clothes and while i agree that she didnt NEED clothes she is starting to look pretty cute in her sundress. she also is my first bunny to show up with a little garden bug. she is a great gardener and has a little sidekick, a ladybug that follows her around in the garden. they are a sight to see and soon i will post some pics of her, but true to texas weather, just as i get the house all ready for spring, we have a little cool snap today.....well, at least it isnt snowing!

susan's little bunny is taking shape. she is a deceptively girlygirl lookin bunny, but make no mistake she would rather be outside rompin thru the woods, and walkin the trails and tendin her garden than to be inside helpin in the kitchen or sewin. she is a pretty little girl and looks so cute in her sundress but it was quite a chore to get her to accept wearing the little sundress. here are some pics of her and her little ladybug that helps her in the garden:

thanks, nancy jo. this little bunny is one of the more stubborn ones, she is young but definitely has her own mind. she is so soft and pretty but as i said earlier , looks are deceiving, she is definitely a tomboy. it took me forever to talk her into a dress, and one with flowers, oh my! she does though have a sweet nature like all the bonney bunnies. and speaking of which how is bonny doing? does she like to go out thrifting with you? does she wear her seat belt? love to see some new pics of her with some of yalls treasures.

She's lovely, Frannie! I think Susan will be sooo happy with that little stinker! There's nothing wrong with a soft looking tomboy (I should know, I am one :))....I just think they're all so wonderful!!!
