thanks so much to everyone for their patience and support.
i have tried to do part of the process in a production style but it never seems to work out for me. and really there is so much of the bunnie that ends up being hand stitched and that part just takes time.
i am so happy that susans little bunnies are ready to go. those two baby boy bunnies they really keep their mom busy, and they have kept us hoppin here too.
i know when they leave i will feel nostalgic about it, but they wont be the first to leave, and well, they are busy boys!
i have added a new blog, well the bunnies have and it will be posted by me and olivia. i hope we can have some fun with it , follow the adventures of the bunnies and share it with our little ones. it will be nature focused and show the world from the bunnies point of view.
i know , i am truly going off the deep end on this one!

the kiss as usual is from olivia.

Frannie,
Your Bunny's are wonderful, I think they really are a work of art. You have just the knack for doing this. I love mine. Your Bunny Blog is a really good idea. I already checked it out, and will keep watching.

they will more than likely be mailed out on wednesday. i dont make trips into town on monday, tuesday and of course, today we are having major storms blowing through.
one of our necesary conservation measures lately is that we are more thoughtful about the trips we make into town due to the cost of gas. the good news is we live way away from anything,,,,and occasionally the bad news is ....we live way away from anything.
when i mail it out, christy i will email you and give you a eta.
thanks once again for your patience.

I was so excited that you started the little bunny tales blog! I read it to my Rebecca and she (and I!) look forward to reading more!
We have had a "pet" bunny that comes to our bird feeder each day and she loves to watch it out the window. I *think* something happened to it a few days ago though as there were clumps of rabbit fur all around the feeder and we haven't seen him since! Yikes!

Frannie- I am SO glad you are off the deep end with these bunnies, I have been showing Bella their pictures and stories and once we have saved lots of pennies she says we will have to invite one here to live;)

just a quick message to everyone that the bunnies are still being birthed here at the farm, and susan's is being birthed even as we speak.
between the unexpected snow storm, which results in our being farm bound and problems posting pics on the mj site, and my blog, i was starting to feel like i had lost all contact with the outside world.
at any rate i will try and continue to keep folks updated on the status fo their bunnies, and once again thank everyone for their patience.
any pic updates at this time will have to be viewed through the bunnystale blog, as my photobucket is not co-operating.

christy's bunny(s) are finally on their way and should be at their new home on monday.
the excuses for the delay are varied and many, but lets just say, weather, grandkids, unexpected visits from dh's family and life in general.
at any rate, i am now on susan's bunny and will be posting or emailing whichever is the most co-operative way to communicate.
at any rate i also felt i needed to update the list of orders here so folks will know where they are in the orders.
these are just the orders here from this site, ido have other orders and sometimes that also contributes to delays.
anyway, here we go:
susan
johni (2)
country lawyer
tina
marybeth (little horse)
in general, the bunnies are taking me about a week to complete and mail out, okay, more like 2 weeks, but my family insist on haveing regular meals, clean laundry etc etc etc.
thanks again to everyone for their patience and i hope it will be worth the wait!

Oh Yippee!!!! Thanks for the update, Frannie! My heart is just singing with happiness of the prospect of my new "family" members! I cannot believe how in love with something I am that hasn't even been "created" yet!!!!

Take your time and enjoy your family--that's what life is about, anyway. These "bun-rabs" will get to their destinations when they're ready to leave Texas

no need to behave, thats no fun!
anyway, i am sure, tina that you are usually very well behaved, a little outburst every now and then is ok.
by the way, hope you are feeling better, i know from your post that you were not feeling too well. hope all is well now.

me..well behaved?..ha..if only you knew..LOL
o.k. o.k. I'm "mostly" well behaved..but sometimes not..hee hee I guess you can say I have a mischievious streak every now and again.
yes I'm starting to feel better..thank goodness! when this all started with the kidney..not even the heating pad seemed to phase the pain some days..so to have extremely minimal pain now is a Godsend. I finally felt good enough to get out for a little bit to run errands yesterday..but still having to take it easy a little..as last week I tried to over do it and had a day that was a set back. So..little by little I'm getting better..and can tell I'll be "right as rain" again soon.
I have the good fortune thus far in life to hardly ever get sick but when I do it usually packs a pretty good whollop on me.So..I'm thankful that I'm improving.
hugs to ya Frannie.

unfortunately, for the time being the cutoff for ordering the bunnies was march 1st.
after that date the bunnies will be ordered etc. through a different web page and the pricing is being handled by the web page, and quite honestly it allows me to spend more time crafting and make more money on each indiviual bunny.
if this situation changes i will open orders again here on the mj site, but for the time being the orders will be going through a different web page.
thanks to all who ordered from me, and sorry for anyone that didnt make the cut off date.

for the time being i seem to be unable to post pics here at the mj site, so i have posted some pics on the blog that show some different bunnys. really they are the same, but i have started venturing into plaid wool and tweeds, and pastel angoras rather than the traditional solid felted wools of the first bunnies.
if you are on the list of bunnies to be, let me know if you have a preference, if you feel you would not like a plaid bunny or tweed or if you think that would be right up your alley, just begin to think about the possibilities of what you want.
