Hey Farm Chicks,

Do any of you have any recipes for making raw goat cheeses? Or do you know of any books that would be helpful in teaching me?

Thanks!

Linda

Here's a recipe that is about the same as the French Chevre I used to make:

http://www.topcheesefood.com/Soft-chees-cream-cheese-style.php

This is a very easy recipe...not many steps to it Just make sure you have an accurate thermometer.

Here's the link to the book that I own (but don't have with right now)..I bought this when I had my dairy goat herd and fresh milk flowing everywhere. Lots of good recipes.

Linda did you try cheese making yet? I know the process, at first, seems complicated. I learned by doing, and it actually is pretty easy.
