I will need your Real Name, Forum name, mailing address, and phone number.
I am so excited to help out on this project. The scrapbook that travels with the girls is amazing! I love seeing all the farm girls who have hosted them already and the adventures they have had.

Right now they are on their way to Luanne who hasn't seen them since she created them. Then they have one more stop before they get sent back to the farm. I will try and get them to everyone who signed/signs up as soon as possible. They are going in order of when you originally asked to recieve the dolls. Since this project has been going for a while, some ladies are no longer on the forum or have changed their minds, so when I find that out, their names get removed from the active list and everyone else gets moved up. Hopefully they will be on your doorstep before too long!

Miss Luzy...you and I must be on the same brain wave..haha. I was just coming on here to let ya'll know that the girls & wee little one are resting peacefully on their first night's stay in Kentucky. What delight it was to see the box on my porch with MJF on it and the sunshiny faces inside. I loved looking through the scrapbook. I've got so many places to "show" them around and some photos to take during their journey. We will also be visiting a rather "special" guest next week - but I'll wait to reveal that later on. ;-) I plan on adding a little bit of Kentucky in the box with something horse related. Just a perfect time to arrive with the fall season here upon us. I will share photos on here as soon as possible. :)

I forgot to let you know that the dolls are on their way to their new family. The dolls had an adventure I must say here in Kentucky. They came to my neck of the woods...then on down to Jabez for a training....then on over to my aunt Wilma's house. We took them running around antiquing and over to Greensburg and then back home. I will post photos as soon as possible of the scrapbooking pages here that I did and a few "extras." It was great to be a doll host! Thanks for letting me be part of it. :)

Hey guys. I finally got the time to upload some photos of MJ & Meggie's "visit" to my neck of the woods. Here they are:
Their arrival:
Their "little bed" for resting:
Sitting with one of my personal photographs of our county - oh and the cat isn't real! ;-)
The girls with Miss Wilma's Pillows while visiting her:
I added two stickers to the traveling case - the MJF & KY Unbridled Spirit sticker:
Scrapbook pages from Kentucky:
The girls are on their way up north. I've enjoyed hosting them.

Alee - Thank you so much! It was so neat getting to show the girls off.
Luzy - I showed Wilma the scrapbook as well and how you came up with this wonderful idea. She really liked it too. We had a wonderful day together. I forgot to mention that the "doll quilt" that is on the bed is one that I made when I was younger. Wilma showed me how to sew when I was about 5 years old with another quilt not shown. I still have it. I would go and visit for several weeks during the summer while growing up and learned to show along the way. I guess you could say the dolls' visit was in "preparation" for when the real deal comes and stays at Miss Wilma's this week.
Jenny - It was a treat getting to see your page and photos in the scrapbook!! This was a great idea to have.
They should be on their next destination by Tuesday/Wednesday this week. I can't wait to hear about the new adventures for future hosts!

Jessica - loved seeing the photos of the "girls" again. They are lookin good! New tatted aprons and all, and the Miss Wilma pillows arre so cute. We sure had fun being with them (seems so long ago, my daughter was still preggie with her now 18 month old) and it sure would be interesting to see the journal now.

Hi farmgirls, How do I get on the list for the dolls to visit me? I know it is a waiting list but I'd love a visit... I am in Northeast Pennsylvania. Not too far from Amish country. :-)

yarnmama, I think there is a place to click on from the home page, under Farmgirl Chapter Projects, that tells about the adventures of The Traveling Macot Dolls, and how to join in any of the many projects. If not, email Meg, I bet she can get you on the list.

Ohh, I'd love to have them visit me here in England, but I've had so much trouble with the post over the past few months, that I'd hate to risk it.

Nin-
Well we certainly wouldn't want the girls to be lost in the mail, so lets see how things go. Maybe we can plan for them to visit you once they get to the States or figure out which carrier is most reliable (Like Fed-Ex or whatever) to the send the by. What do you think?
