This sounds like so much fun! When the details are all in order, I certaintly want in. Also, thanks for the great geography idea! I am a homeschooler and that Flat Stanley idea is great! Maybe I could enlarge and laminate a photo of my childs favorite farm animal and let that farm animal travel around the country, hopefuly the world!

Oh Trina, That sounds like so much fun. I'd love to show your farm animal (Stanley) around my area here in Colo! Just let me know. Maybe other Farmgirls would like to join in as well.

My Grand daughters Flat Stanley went to Florida, New Orleans (before katrina) missouri and Germany. he was photographed sking in the alps......great fun....I would like to show someone's Flat Stanely off in Maryland......I could take him to Chesapeake Bay to eat Crabs, to United States Naval Academcy to march in a Parade and the mountains to dip in a cool stream......

I must have been really tired last night when I first read this...all I noticed was the first page! I thought the idea was still in the works. The dolls are so cute, I just have to sign up to host them here! Thanks for offering to host our animal, Luzy. I hope you like little black goats!

Hi girls,
Sorry for such a delayed response. They are taking quite a leisurely vacation on their travels across the US. Each leg of their journey seems to be taking a bit longer than we all anticipated but from the sounds of it, they are having quite a bit of fun on their adventures! They stopped in Louisiana and are now in Missouri and on to Utah!

Yes, Aunt Jenny...They have some visitors coming from Germany to meet them while they are in Missouri! And, I hear they have been doing quite a bit of yardsaling. Then they should be on their way in a few weeks! I will send you a note as soon as I hear they are on their way to Utah!

Unfortunately, the dolls have a long list of places and people to visit. At the rate they are traveling, it looks like it will be spring (hopefully) before they are finished. If you'd like to be added to the list, send me a note via email and I'd love to add you! They may need to take a break from their vacations in the spring before they start up again, but do be in touch if your interested.

The girls are back at the farm and they showed up just in time for the first flowers of spring (that's why i took off their wonderful blue scarves until next winter). And check out the new baby!

Adorable!!!  Okay, who made the darling Stella Jane?!? We were so excited to see them and all their fabulous new accessories! Note their cute pillows, aprons and tote. And of course, little Stella Jane. I can't wait to read the scrapbook! All you farmgirls sure are awesome!
ps. We all loved the extra treats too. Especially the beautiful little angel.

Hi Ladies!
I just got the dolls this week! They are going to have a fun week with Fiance, Nora and I and then will be on their way for more adventures! Let me tell you- These ladies are just adorable! If you haven't signed up to be a host family for them yet please do! It is so much fun to see the scrapbook of where they have been and done!
