I'd sure appreciate prayer for my oldest son Nash. He has been traveling with his band for over 4 years-just "retired". Anyway, all the late nights & bad nutrition have messed with his immune system. He has several lumps in the glands in his neck. He was checked & treated last year for this, but it seems to be a chronic problem. He sees the doctor on Tuesday, the 4th. At 21, he's still my "sunshine". We'd be grateful for your prayers. Thanks so much. Worried Momma, Rhonda

I hope that everything turns out fine at the Dr.'s. What was it diagnosed as last year? No matter how old they get they are always our sunshine aren't they? I will say a prayer for him and send good thoughts your way.

funny thing that you'd mention "Lumps" my husband had some lumps on his body..oh they would show up on his legs, on his upper arm, and so forth..they were harmless cysts of fat deposits. Well...after he went off the caffeine these lumps are starting to break up and diminish in size.He was told years ago by a friend that was into homeopathic medicine that if he'd cut out the caffeine that the lumps would start to go away..and that is starting to be the case. I mention this because it just might be helpful to your sons situation as well. best of wishes and will pray for your son too.

Dear Rhonda, You can count on my prayers for Nash and you. My oldest is 18 and I realize that no matter how old they get, they are still our precious sons. You just keep being positive and I'll keep praying for you. Let us know what the doctor says on the 4th.
Sending good thoughts & warm hugs your way ....

Thanks so much ladies! I soooooo appreciate ALL your prayers. ((Hugs)) Those big kids are still our kiddos aren't they? I took Nash to our local GP last year & she ran some basic tests (chest x-ray, blood work, etc.) At the time he had been sick, was really tired & run down, so she attributed it to that. Put him on antibiotics & it mostly cleared up. From time to time throughout the year the lumps would return. At the end of their last tour, about a month ago, he was ill again. He noticed they are back and in force. I do notice some improvement since he has been home, eating well & sleeping. Tina, I too have had a couple little fatty type bumps over the years...they are nothing really. But Nash has these only in the glands under his ear. Definately in the lymph glands. Nothing in the underarm or groin thankfully. I do appreciate your thoughts though!
Please continue to pray if you will. I will give a report after we see the doctor on Tuesday. Thanks again! Rhonda
