Mmm, that recipe sounds good. Thanks for adding it here. I've never made stroganoff, I think I'll try it this weekend. Seems like hearty, colder weather food.

It's wonderful, kinda rich though...I can't remember what she served with it...but it's delicious. Hope you enjoy!

Thanks for the recipe. I've been tearing my hair out trying to think of SOMEthing different to do with hamburger. Heading for the kitchen right now!

I make almost the same one, only instead of cream of mushroom soup I use a can of condensed tomato soup and I add mushrooms and serve it over rice or noodles...We love it!

Wow, I havw been looking for this recipe!!!
My daughter went a little crazy one day and threw out all my recipes because she thought they were trash.
Just because they were in a grocery bag waiting for me to file them. 35 years of recipes Boo Hoo. So I guess I can't cook anymore HA

Thanks for posting, this sounds good.

Do you think I could use Amy's Organics Semi-condensed soup instead?

Sounds great! I'm always looking for something to do with HB. This looks like a good recipe that I can half. Hate it when the recipe is so big that we have to eat it for 3 days. I'm also always looking for a recipe that uses cream of mushroom soup. I make mine from scratch and it is soooo good. This whole combination sounds wonderful. Think that is tomorrow nights supper. Already have a half pound HB browned and in the freezer. Thanks for sharing.

Chandra,
I've only been around a couple weeks, so it's great some of these older posts come back around. This is for sure something the hubby would love. The weather is too hot for this right now but, supposed to cool down by midweek, We'll try it then. thanks

Warm Wishes
Jennifer
