I just posted a recipe in the "Kitchen", per Libbie's question about using Budget Mix. It's very good and can be adapted to suit your own taste for additional flavors. I used a recipe I've been happy with for years, one that called for both baking powder and baking soda.

Let me know what you think. I've eaten about 1/5 of the pan so far. I love what sour cream adds to a quick bread.
