Thanks everyone! I hope it works out! Teresa, actually for 10 acres with a decent house and outbuildings, it is about the cheapest we have found in the area. Of course I'd love to get it for a song, but real estate doesn't seem to hold those amazing deals anymore. Ours is listed for only $20,000 less, so the price difference will be small. Our disaster from our flood is almost fixed, so we can actually focus on trying to get it sold. I love our house, but I so want to be in the country, not suburbia!

Love that porch!
Oh yeah, Brenda will have that house oozing with old fashioned charm in no time with her antiques and vintage goods. She has a gift for decorating...she will do it a world of good!

Thanks Pamela . . . a gift for decorating . . . if I recall the last time you saw my house it had no furniture! LOL! I now have tons of boxes that I am unpacking that have returned since the flood. I am determined to make it cute again if it kills me! Just in time for it to sell I hope!!
