My daughter and I are finishing ( she'd finished) Skinny "Beep" rhymes with itch.... Anyway! Don't let the title or all the cussing in it put you off! Has excellent information on nutrition and what's in our food and what in does to our bodies. My daughter after reading it said "okay! I am a vegan!!!" I've always benn veg inclined and was a vegan for long time but couldn't get my family members on board! This book really doesn't mince words. I wouldn't reacommend it if you get easily offended, but the information is good and presented in a very funny way! I can say now-yes I'm a vegan!! AND biggest change of all-I went cold turkey with the coffee and now drinking only decaf geen tea and water!!! Feel great!!!
I would love to read that book, I actually used to get called that alot, then I had 5 kids,lol.I'll have to look for it at the book store. Thanks for the review!
