Oh my gosh,

What a great feedback we have ooming in! This is wonderful

I just love Bev's design...it makes me smile I love playing around with graphics and just had to play a little bit!

Keep the feedback coming in...I'd love to see what every member thinks and any suggestions are welcomed.

This is just a draft of ideas and the final graphic will be all balanced out with the outer white area being just right.

Thanks again for the turn out!!

Stephanie

Sounds like things are moving along nicely.
I kinda think Bev and Stephanie make a great creative team-

Well It looks like we have a consensus on number 2! This is really fun!

Has everyone started on their aprons yet? I won't be able to order the fabric until the new year. So that gives me time to practice making some aprons before I use that beautiful fabric :D

Hey! I have an idea! Lets post pictures of the aprons with the bee and clover fabric here on the forum so everyone can see! What do you think?

Alee ~ YES! That will be so much fun! I have never even given the thought of scrapbooking a sniff, but I want to start an online as well as a real life journal/scrapbook of projects, and other goings on with the Sisterhood/Chapter. This is all going to be fun

I received the blue bee fabric yesterday and it is really beautiful. The pink should be here in a couple of days. Alee, I think that is a wonderful idea. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!

Alee, certainly you can blame your head cold. I had a little time before I get super busy and decided to just do it. I hope nobody laughs.

Hi Everyone
I don't get on the computer daily, so I'll try to keep up with all the posts. I just ordered my pink fabric today and will start my apron as soon as the fabric arrives :) Not at all into scrapbooking, so my page will be a bit rough. I happy to be part of this chapter as I love sewing. As I read the posts you all seem to be very talented and I'm sure I can learn lots. Hopeflly as time goes along I'll feel that I can also contribute something - am willing to help out anyway necessary.
Oh - I like #4...
Alee - just recovering from a bad cold myself, so I know how you feel!

Hey there Naomi,

I believe the scrapbook page is due by Halloween..don't hold me to that, Bev will be here tomorrow and can answer for sure.

The page is all about you. You could for example, include pictures of your fashion designs, tell about your hobbies, favorite color, just make it all about you and what makes your world a happy place. So I know that sewing machine is a part of it..LOL Mine is too! A few ideas....You can use fancy papers, cut tag shapes, machine shapes, a manniquin, etc. to attach to the page..

Hope that helped...Stephanie

Hi gals! Busy farm weekend at Bee Haven Acres......Looks to me like the majority concensus on those gussied up designs Stephanie did is........#2. So, I guess we should go with that one and get it finished up for distribution to our members????

Sounds like quite a few of you have started your aprons......YEAH!!!....we need pictures when they are finished! Where should we post the pictures? Here? or how about on the thread that talks about our fabric?????

Journal pages....I never specified a date, but Halloween sounds great to me! Get busy ladies, and don't get all caught up in a "perfect" piece of artwork, just express yourself and create a page about YOU!!!Remember, it will be posted at the farm.

So far, I have had several nominations for chapter leader....I will gladly take the job if no one else wants it.......here is your chance anyone who wants it.......If not.....it is a little hard to have an election with just one candidate! LOL

Welcome GaiasRose! Welcome Linda Houston!

Newsletter went out via e-mail this morning...let me know if you have not received it!
