Hey girls, yes, still alive and kickin, but dang it beginning to panic a little cause I have begun the diligent look for the darn cord and so far, no cord.

Yes, I normally leave it on my desk right bythe computer but when was feeling really skunky, staying in bed, dh brought it all to me in the bedroom. So have already gone through the bedroom, will do it again here shortly. This has brought the frustration level up more than I need it to....does panic come to mind. Yes, indeedy it does.

Bonne, you have warm enough weather for doing garden work, I am jealous. We did have sunshine today though, cold but it sunshined!!!!!!

Monica, I would have a tough time without a little grass to run my bare feet through. I think I would have a very tough time with the limbo that you have been in. Frustration would be a big part of it.

Steph, I can see why you fell in love with that dream room. It sure was beautiful. I had to laugh with Thomas and his long hair, of coarse, he would have it long, wash and wear. And him with having curls and not taking advantage of them.....lol

Karin, how sweet that you have a friend like Dave, who keeps you laughing and encouraged. I have to admit he may have a plan their with the cup of joes, drink, nap and cup of joe....
lol. Hey whatever gets you through is all I can say.

Now would somebody please tell me what in the H*** I did with that damn cord......

Off to look some more.....

Steph, I "can" alone. I figure if Jessica can do it, with all the other distractions she has, then I can do it.
lol
We're going to have a little patch of grass , big enuff to put up our canopy for the annual 4th of July party and the rest will be pine mulched and garden plots. No more wasteful lawn watering. I bought seed potatoes and onion sets today at Wal-Mart of all places. Can't wait to grow spuds!

Oh, and Red is a "thomas" with the hair too. And not a single freakin' grey hair on his head. I'd be afraid to let my hair go natural darn close to scary when I let it go too long between colorings with all the grey now.

Carol, whenever my dh decides to organize, I can never find anything. I know that your dh brought it all to you. I am like you, I like to keep it all near the computer.

Those fairies are lost!!! They are supposed to be cleaning here at my place but the house is a wreck!!!!!

Anybody ever sew on Handkerchief linen? I'm really wanting to make an outfit with a slip with it.

Well, I guess I didn't get my coffee in the right order today, I took much more than the twenty minute nap, but I feel better, and I guess that is what counts, though my sleep patterns keep getting weirder. Ah well. I found my camers, or I should say my daughter pointed it out to me, so I'll take some pictures later when I get some squares together.

OOh did we get skunked, the house just reeks, especially the kitchen. I guess spring is struggling to be sprung. Nothing like the olfactory element to make me stop whining about winter.

I just saw the apron Carmen made over on the apron swap thread, wow, that girl is a whiz! Very impressive, just so lovely and colorful, Lori is a lucky woman. I'm still looking for my pattern for Carol Sue. I guess it is time to get out my miner's headlamp (I have one). .I know it is here,

Yes Carrie, you do have to watch out for that multi-tasking, I've experienced the same thing. Somehow it is just so annoying to cut fabric out wrong, I'm sure that is why I am such a scrap quilt fan, it is a good way to use up leftovers.

Time for me to crank out a few more yoyos for my next market bag adventures.

I'm grey-er than you I'm betting. I hate it~I'll be the red-headed old woman at the assisted living center feverishly clutching my box of henna.

Jess, post that pic you took of the apron Carmen made~it gives a better close-up of it. It's fabulous!

I don't have gray I have white and it begain in my 30's. So I have not colored for over 9 months. Yes, it is almost grown out. Not to bad, who woulda thunk.

Autumn, I will join you with the white hair and the box of chocolates, we will have to get a huge stash!!!!!!

Sharon, dh is a great help and I appreciated it at the time. I know who lost it,......those fairies who want to make mischief.....they didn't want to clean or sew so they are off hiding things from me....lmbo......

so I think the cord is hiding itself because it knows it must preform....and it is in big fat trouble....

LOL so we all become ravishing blondes? I might go blonde later rather than the red~trying to stay with natural products for the time being. ;)

Here's the apron Carmen made for the swap!

Carol, those fairies can be so helpful, but mischievious too. Maybe, they knew that you needed to take it easy, but hiding your camera like that. Shame on them. lol

I guess I'm a a natural born "follower"
Besides, my attention span is so short I would NEVER get to all the blogs I wanted-I'd be surfing all over the place- and goodness knows I dont have time for that!

I quit streaking my hair the end of 2007..It was due for a foiling when I left Alabama. When I go to a new place I watch for all the color jobs..when I see a lady with a nice color job I ask her who does it for her....long story, short....now over a year later I have dismissed the idea of anyone around here coloring my hair..it is either trashy brassy or chocolate raspberry...

So I have several nice silver/white streaks and the brown is becoming lighter due to the speckled grey by the month..I will be the old lady with hair down to her a&& and silver/white with a huge stash of reeses peanut butter cups...I figure by then I'm not gonna give a thought to watching my weight. And I don't plan to live in any nursing home either...I shutter to think of it.

Carmen did a fantastic job on that apron..how creative she is...of course, she takes after her mom!

Autumn, my feeds are working on my dashboard and I'm showing up on others blog lists..it's just a hiccup in blogger..it refused to let me do anything the other night..the next day it was fine.

Oh my goodness, I just realised her house got skuned, oh man and by the kitchen, now that really stinks....ok, no pun was intended there.

Autumn, I looked at a couple of places last night, but sometimes it won't let me do anything. Not often but every once in a while.

Great job on the apron Carmen. Some day I may sew again, but fancing just having energy to find that cord....we have to move the bed tomorrow to double check there. Ugh I cannot beleive I am going through all this....ahhhhh such is life, so maybe those dust bunnies need to find a new home.....
