Karin, fabulous fabrics always inspire me to stitch them up pronto. It's a crime to let them wither in a drawer. That's why I make so many skirts~I like to show off the fabrics~they just make a person happier. ;) Oh, and cat hair~I was just laughing about it because my cats were VERY interested in the pieces~I've got mostly black cat hair on everything, so it was a change. lol

Ruth my shoulder has been bothering me so I haven't been on much and haven't been sewing so nothing to report except that I stalked Autumns blog waiting for Wendy that was how I knew so soon. Lol

HAPPY BIRTDAY RUTH

Karin lots of time don't worry hoping for spring to come your way.

Bonne thanks you are a true farmgirl friend. Jess you too.
Actually all you girls on this thread are.
Not to say there are not more out there. Lol

Yesterday we got a snowstorm and it went to minus 20 hopefully that means it the last of it. Today the sun is shining and melting again. Crazy

I quickly read so sorry if I missed anything

Happy Birthday Ruth, Oh girl, a night on the town with your man. Enjoy enjoy enjoy....grin.

It is so funny because we are just in the early afternoon and you all are getting ready for supper. Sometimes it just makes me laugh and yet we all conncet here so well.

Bonne, I love that you sew like crazy and make all that you do.

Carrie, gosh girl get to feeling better with that shoulder, but darn it all takes time. Be kind to yourself and that body of yours. This is where we plan and dream.....

Hey Steph, those barn wallpapers were amazing girl. They will be so darn cool in your new home.

I wish I could say I did great amount of things today, nope, just the basics. But yippeee, I got some basics done.

Dh made this really cute snail pull toy for Calebs first birthday. It has been fun watching it come together.

So I am thinking a cup of tea is sounding divine.

Karin, go slow and stady girl and rest as well. What a combo to try and balance some times....

Jess, I bet you are sewing till your fingers want to fall off. My darn list is getting longer with no results right now.....
sooooooonnnnnnnn...........

tea time.....

Happy Birthday Ruth, I'm sure you'll have a lovely evening out.

I was going to go to the post office but my car slithered into yet another snowbank, I should know better than to attempt my driveway...so I hope to get there tomorrow

Ruth, I haven't got Apronology yet, but I will let you know as soon as it comes! I am still trying to get pics on etsy, but I did put up new pics on my blog of what I have spun! I just need to get the thread made up into skeins and listed! This has been a hectic week and as usual I am behind! Maybe I am not behind, maybe everyone else is just going to fast and I am right on time! There's a thought!

Carol Sue, Did you get the fabric?? I hope it will work out for you!

Carrie, hope you are feeling better!

Pictures, girly-girl, pictures~let them do the talking. If people don't post pictures, I'm not likely to read~that's just the way it is. I always did like Picture books~LOL I'm a visual person.

Happy Birthday LATE Ruth!!!

Give her lots of honey. Go to your local whole foods store, get her liquid chlorophyll, and Florodix(sp?). It is worth the money in the long run. You need a strong momma, not a frail feeble one! That will take care of her blood count, keep her nice and pumped up for good milk production. Also, a beer a day for the first week will be great for milk production. Kepp her in bed, not sitting, reclining...take care of the perinium and rectal floor, trust me on this one!

There you go~take it from an expert. ;)
I'll attest to it though~you want to be as strong as possible postnatal. I exercised and took 2x long daily walks during pregnancy to stay fit prior because I knew my (now ex) husband wasn't going to be much help after the birth.

New issue of MJF mag came today. I see quotes from Autumn, Ruth, and Tina Michelle so far.
Autumn, was looking at photo of the new family and it appears that little Wendy is smiling at her Dad...a truly sweet photo of them. Dad looks like he's about to burst at the seams from happiness and Sara is basking in the joy of her firstborn.
