Everything is in the wash~the gal used to be a smoker, now on oxygen, but the scent lingers in everything.

I've been pinching pennies for most of my life. ;) Becomes habit.
Glad you scored Monica!! Is the guy in Fargo? That's who I got mine from cheap.
Just got back from the local thrift store, looking for toy oxen or similar to "pull" the toy wooden conestoga wagon I was given.
I hadn't been there in ages and can't believe how high the prices are there anymore~sheesh! No deals to be had there. :(

Bonne, This place is from New York! I spent all day Saturday comparing prices on scales because I know it will save me money to print my own labels, but the best price I had found was 25.00+ shipping and I just didn't even think to look on ebay! I am a serious penny pincher also I was all excited Sunday after going to the market and with coupons and sales I got 120.00 worth of groceries for 60.00!!
Some thrift stores try to sell old junk as vintage when it just old junk!! I have seen ratty old dirty jeans for 13.00 at the thrift store!

You girlies have been all over with subjects and sharing life an how very fun it all is.
Now karin, you and your car/insurance adventures need to end soon, so you can just get on with life, but dang woman you did polka dot therapy royal!!!! Good for you!!!!
Autumn, I am impressed with all that you do with your kids and homeschooling, actually any of you gals that do it, it takes a huge commintment to do so. And your son and his trebuchet were great btw.
Bonne, I bet your mouth was watering as you were smelling that bread cooking yesterday.
Ruth, oh girl, shoveling endless snow is never fun at all.
Nope, done nothing today, it was a couch day, body just plain gave out on this girl. Hoping for a reprieve soon, but life can be like this. Thank goodness this is a lap top or I wouldn't even get to do that right now and I would so so so so miss you girls.
I spent part of the night reading some of your blogs, sure do enjoy doing that. It helps get my mind off the paina nd the fact that I can't sleep because of it. So great job girls!!!!!!

Monica, I haven't had the pleasure of a nice postmaster or mistress in my rural locations....just those that refuse me home delivery and NOT a free po box....although I haven't had the time to meet the new one and really don't want to....so this time I just bypassed them all together and spending less money at the UPS store for my po box. I'm real burnt out on MAKING people do their jobs.

and i have seen a pumkin shot out of a cannon thing at the farm(where we get pumkins and strawberries)
been cleaning and feel like i am getting no where, why did i say i would have a sleepover and organize the house.
