Yeah Carrie.....on both the apron and the pic posting.....glad to have some new blood flowing through this thread!! Welcome...keep those pics coming.
Well I have been yoyoing lately.....piecing together a quilt in my free time. This afternoon between household chores I made this hostess apron....love the Battenburg Lace. This started out as a curtain (never used). Not too practical the way I cook....might have to dye it eventually, but I kind of like it for entertaining. Should I sell it?????

Bev., that apron is downright gorgeous. I don't know if you should sell it or not, but if you did, I am sure that there would be takers for sure.

Carrie, great job on that apron. I love the colors. Just beautiful.

Carrie-cute apron!!! Really cute!

Bev- what do you mean should you sell it? Of course not- you should send it to me!!
You'll have to practice a bit more
Ok- OK I know she should sell it! It's really pretty!

Kathie- Why do people have to be so ugly? I mean even if they are right and the other person is wrong yelling certainly doesn't fix anything. I'm really sorry you have to hear people talk that way.
I could never do your job- uh, by the way what is your job?
I forgot.
Blessings
Autumn

It would be a great holiday hostess apron...because lots of those girls don't really cook and just want to make it look like they didn't hire a caterer...*L* but seriously folks, it's beauty-mous....

wow thanks for all the compliments I guess I will have to post photos again. Do not make to many aprons so it will be something else.

Bev love the battenberg lace. Love that stuff I have a shower curtain in that. It would match while I am cleaning in there. Lol

Oh Kathie, was that my bedtime story, I think you should have put him on hold until he stopped talking....hmmmmm that would have meant way more time to shop and chat...win/win!!!!! So what kinda fabric did you buy, do tell?

Carrie, yipppeee you figured out the picture thing, and the apron was great.

Bev, you should have kept that one for yourself girl, it is beautiful.
I wear white and attract everything in site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice to get to read this again and see some aprons, Yeah I know, get busy.....lol

Bev I love your apron.... what was that I read you saying to someone else about their apron... oh yeah.. You should send that to me because today is my birthday.
Carrie, for some reason I can't see your apron...just little red x's sounds cute though.
Kathie... bummer that you had to deal with that guy, but you did get some fabric, sure that made it all better.

Bev i LOVE this Apron! Just Gorgeous..!
As are all yours..but different in that it's so prissy & delicate!
What a nice sweet Apron huh? i love it!

ok the site i was on While TRYING to Shop yesterday!!
Was Prairie girls Quilt Shop.. I found gobs of Western & Cowgirl fabric!
It wasn't inexpensive though.. But So many great choices!
I'm going to make my neice Zoey a Cowgirl Apron with my signature 'V's for Christams..i think she'll get a kick out of this..

Autumn.. i work in an Area where my title is 'Guest Service' or
'Guest Relations' I have almost all incoming calls from guests/costumers.. but initially my calls will originate from our own agents.. who may be having a difficult time with a caller.. they will then either call me for help & assistance.. or transfer the call ditrectly me..
I also have calls transfered to me from OTHER guest Service Agents.. As My line is even a more esxcalated line.. meaning i will get the worst of the worst ..
Mine are always the very worst calls.. If they get to be beyond someones capability to handle.. ( meaning that the caller gets so beligerant & off the chain..!) it will ultimatly get to me.. !

Nice job huh? ( nearly nine years of this now..)

It's a HUGE company too..
& it just amazes me what people feel that they can say to you over the phone.. i wonder if this is really how they behave Every day in the real world.. or is it just because they don't see you face to face..
If they DO act like this all the time.. then we REALLY have some very scary & unhappy people walking out there among us!
Be afraid.. Be VERY Afraid!!!

Kathie, I think everyone should have to do some sort of customer service and then maybe they would be a little more understanding (nicer!)

I have had the fabric, but when I recently purchased the rustic star fabric, it hit me. I really like the prints. I am thinking that I might make one for myself. It is definitely an apron that could be worn all winter long.
