There is one seller who is selling the tape and has bias in the title, but it isn't cut on the bias. In the description they list it is as straight tape and which can not be used around tight curves. You want true bias tape. It makes all the difference in the world.

Hey Sharon, Cheryl and Kay,
Yep, dog's rule around my house. Oops, but she doesn't know that's she a dog...LOL She's a Baby Doll and that's all she hears...LOL
That straight tape that the Ebay dealer is selling is used alot for binding quilts and they miter the corners. Gotta have it cut on the bias for curves and smaller items for sure
Talk to ya later, Stephanie

I was checking elsewhere, and the cheapest I could find was around $23.00, for 75 yds. I still think that there are some aprons that would look nice with matching bias tape. Now, I used to have pkgs. of bias tape, but sold them a couple of years ago on Ebay. Now, I could use it. I am going to try to use it on aprons. I am going to succeed at using bias tape. Bev makes it look so easy.

I am too lazy to make my own bias tape :) I plan to use alot of it to use on edges of bellydance belts i make. Will make a nice small border around the edges and add some support to the fabrics i dont want to stretch.I always buy in large rolls whenever i can .I dont like to buy a small amount of anything actually. Couple years ago --bonne and i went on a yarn by the pound spree. I had over 800 pounds of yarn at one time . (That was when i would crochet to sell stuff.) It was alot of fun--we would send each other the ebay seller links to the great prices. I finally used it all up and i am thinking of doing that again. I miss my yarn stash :)

OH NO!! I said I wouldn't look but I sure did!!! Shoot, she's got more yarn than ever now. Those box lots were always a bargain even with the shipping figured in. I really can't store any now though~The shelves that used to house yarn cones have jars of jelly, boxes of patterns and soaping supplies now~LOL

nay --just caught up with everything at work and can relax .The family is back from vacation and i can take few days off. I worked 90 hrs this week cause they were gone . She wasnt too happy to write that check for me either :) :) I am working on this really thick quilted pet bed (cube) for my kitties today and watching "the burbs".I am using yarn tats and my fingers are worn out . I have one square left to finish. The burbs is a neat movie for halloween --not too scary --creepy comedy i guess one would call it. I love halloween cartoons and shows come this time of the year.

Thanks Lisa for the compliments. I like looking at what others make as well. 90 hours is a lot of work. My dh can usually put in those hours, but of course is unlike anything that you do.

I finished one of the beds for my kitties . I do believe he likes it. :)This is my old kitty who has dementia. He needed somewhere he could feel safe and the other cats not bother him . I looked at pet beds at pet smart and said "NO WAY " Course my other 4 cats want a bed just like his now too. I have 12 beds left to make for the kitties at work still. They are only round ones and flat pads though. I dont like my job well enough to do these for them. Arent i awful. Took me over 3 hours to make this .The squares are hand sewn together into the square cause they are so thick -and it could be reversible. I had got the fabric at hancocks a few weeks ago when it was on sale. The inside fabric is some smoothiejuice sent me .I gotta trim the yarn tats still .Sharon --i am happily back to my old hours next week ! It will be a month or so before it all goes crazy again. I just cant work like that. Maybe if i was 30 yrs longer i could.

Snazzy cat cube! My kitties are so snooty they wouldn't know a good thing if it hit them.
I sewed yesterday and managed to get a reversible apron made. I doubt I'll make another one like it though, unless it's a gift.

Sheryl-lyn, I never heard of a Professional Bull Riding school. that's funny that you would be talking about such a thing and we happen to be there and hear that guy was from the same place. strange, huh?
