Me. If I am the least bit awake, my back starts in and I have to get up and walk a bit. So, I take my thyroid pill, do a few stretching exercises, get on the computer to see what's happening with the farmgirls, write an e-mail or two, stretch again and head back to bed for another hour or so of "sleep." Glad to know I am not the only one up in the wee hours!!

Amy, whenever I wake up coughing or hubby starts coughing during the night, we eat a banana. It's an almost instant cough reliever.

Hi Carol Sue- Yes. Shifts it is for me. I wish I could say its pre-henopause, but unfortunately it's the ral thing. For a loooong time now. :) Ah well, I believe they say "This too shall pass." And so it will.
Hope that you were able to get a bit of shut-eye yourself. Pain is not a pleasant thing to deal with. Hang in there.
