So last weekend we went to my folk's to help with some stuff. We came home, went to bed later on and then the next morning I woke up with the worst pain in my neck and right shoulder that I have ever had.
It has gotten progressively worse, though I was able to start it getting better with Yoga until I fell in the rain on Tuesday night after belly dance class.
I hit the stairs fo the deck (Which is wooden), slipped through the steps, twisted my ankle again, shinned myself and hurt my hip not to mention exacerbating the pain in my back and neck.
Sooooooo....ROb has forbidden me from driving, from going to the box down the driveway, etc.
If it's not better after the weekend I shall visit my favorite chiro and I have a friend who does reiki and massage so she wants to see me.
SOoooo. If you are waiting for something from me, it's going to a few days...

I thought I was the only one who banged into things constantly!!! When we moved my son into his college dorm- I was like a Mr. Bean disaster! LOL!!!! Hope you feel better soon Sweetie! |

I hope you are feeling better. Don't wait to go see them. They might be able to relieve the pain now. Where in MN are you? Both my chiro and I are from there. He's from Egan and I'm from Minnetonka.
