Wanted: 3 More Farm Families
Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP) will publicly offer three more farms for long-term lease in mid-February 2008 through its Countryside Initiative program. CVNP which covers some 33,000 acres between Cleveland and Akron, Ohio made prior offerings in 2001, 2005, and 2006. Eight farms are now operational - and a total of 20 or so farms are expected to be leased within five or six years.
