I've been sick, having problems swallowing food and sometimes liquids. It feels like my throat is just closed up and the food can't pass thru. Tomorrow the dr. will let me know when to go to the hospital. They are running a scope into my esophagus and into my stomach. I have a large mass on the side of my neck kind of close to my collar bone, and they've done some chest x-rays and bloodwork. I'm really scared and nervous about all of it so please be in prayer for me. Thanks to everyone. Blessings to you all.

You don't know me yet. I am new to the forum. But, I have "known" you for a long time. You are so kind and sweet. I have GERD and had exactly the same symptoms you do for months. If it is that when you start the meds you will feel 100% again. I will be praying for you along with all the other farmgirls.
