Thanks so much for your prayers. They still haven't called to let me know when my scope will be. I sooo want to hurry and get it over with. My xrays showed a scar on my bottom left lobe, they think its a scar, I pray it is anyway. The pain meds they gave me are helping some with the pain in my chest and back. My bloodwork showed my potassium level was a bit high, but I have no clue why that would be.

I just saw this Hun...Wanted to let you know I am praying for you too. Please let us know how you test results turn out. Try not to worry Mikki, even though it seems scary, this could easily turn out to be a minor thing. We will pray & think the best.

Mikki, I take Prilosec, the prescription dose. It worked miracles for me. I had such pain I was in tears. I felt like it was eating right through my back. Anything I ate bothered me,even cream of wheat! Has he given you anything to try yet? The mass on your neck you were talking about, is that possibly from your thyroid? The place on my neck is on the right side close to my collar bone, Im not sure what it could be. They have me on zantac and protonix. My test is Sept. 4th on a Tuesday. I have to be at the hospital at 7:30am with nothing to eat all night of course. I've never had a scope ran but my mother has and she looked horrible when they brought her back out, so I'm a bit scared. But I'll be glad to get it over with for sure. I'm deeply touched by all your kind words and prayers. There's no better place than right here with my farmgirl friends! Thanks so much!!!

Mikki, I will certainly be praying for you. The unknown is the worse. Once you have more information, you will have a plan of ation and know you are doing something to be well. I know this is very hard to do. Remember that God knows we are human and are suppose to express all emotions. Breathe deeply when it feels a bit too much, get outside for a distraction and walk in nature.
I am praying for just a benign situation that can be fixed with a minor side track of a treatment. God bless you and your family. Lots of hugs and warmth and love to you and yours.
