Hi, Ladies, I would love to be counted for sure in the tea. Any Saturday but the first Saturday of the month works for me.
Grace, I am not sure about the Buggy Barn...what with one thing and the other, and two weekend trips to San Diego, I have let things slide around the house...and I really need to get started with my crafting for Christmas. Last year, I was making the last of my gifts on Christmas morning! Thank goodness we don't gather at my brother's until the afternoon - but I did miss a fun brunch with some other friends, cause I just _had_ to get the nieces' and nephews' Christmas ornaments done...gaaak!
If I do go to the Buggy Barn, it will be last minute, but I will definitely wear an apron and be on the lookout for you!
See you soon! Judy

I have a training that I cannot miss for a church commitment on the 25th from 8:30 to 1:00...so I cannot make the quilt show at that time. I may go ahead and go over after my training is over or go the next day.
A friend contacted me about being a vendor at this quilt show (the folk art portion), but it did not work out for her. So maybe another time??? It is more fun to just go and shop. Being a vendor is alot of work!
As for the 29th of Sept...I think I am in for tea then. I will watch for more posts or wait for one of you gals to contact me. K?

Ughhh . . . still can't access my email. I will contact you all as soon as I can I promise. What is the typical time for a "high tea" (shows how high society I am! LOL!) so I know what time to schedule it on Sept. 29th? I am open for any time that day. Let me know your thoughts.

Hugs & blessings,

Brenda

If memory serves me, it's usually around late noon, to tide one over till supper, so I am betting between 2-4 but for all practical reasons I would suggest we schedule ours around 1pm.
Just a thought.

Yes, high tea was later afternoon, and yippee for doing it later.

Hey girls, how about meeting up at 10:30 am At McDonalds in Airway Heights, it is on Hwy 2 on the way to the Buggy Barn. Firemama is meeting lavender fields dreamer and I there. Let me know.
Hey huckleberry wine, girl do you get to go.....
Brenda, hope you know soon what you get to do. I am torn, would love to have you with us, but time away is precious too....
For sure and certain the Washington State Quilt show in October and tea on the 29th is great, allows people to get settled in.

I'm going to stay home this weekend and take care of DH. I'm sure you'll all have a great time, and I'd love to get together for lots of laughter and sharing next time.

We make a difference.
