My gooseberry bush finally produced a motherlode of berries this year so that I could make jelly~I decided to gussy up some of the jars. One of my neighbors that doesn't "can" anymore gave me all her jars, and another neighbor gave me the fabric, so I guess it was kind of a community project. For some reason the fruit trees and bushes have been really bountiful this year, so I've been wrassle-ing plums, many berries and soon grapes into jelly.

Looks great! I LOOOVE gooseberry jelly/jam! They are so pretty, too, when ripe! The prettiest fruit, I think, with their variation in color and plump!
