So what happens the first real day of boxing stuff I wake up before I even box a thing with the right side of my back out. Not a fun day to say the lest hopefully tomorrow will be better 2 rooms down many to go

I am not dead yet still moving did 80 % of it Saturday so still 20 % to pack and move and of course the unpacking I have been trying to do that from 7-12 midnight and 5 to 9 in the morning after and before the kids are up and in my way. I think the move is going we still busy so you won't see me much for a few days just wanted to tell every one hi and that I am still around.

I can barley walk and I am packing again and carrying boxes so is life. It will be fine later. My back is out again.I have another chiro appointment tomorrow night at 5:45. Wewill do another major move of the last items Saturday so I will probably through my back out again but I expect that and am use to it. i will just make another appointment for next Monday ( if he isn't on vacation I know he is going on one soon)to make sure I can fix it.

Sunshine- My back is hurting for yours! Ouch! I don't know how you do it! I guess when you have to, you have to, right? I hope after this move your back gets a nice long rest! But didn't you say this is only going to be a temporary move? Aren't you going to be moving in another year or so?

Sunshine,  ,sorry to hear your back is hurting and you are having to pack and move.. Your new home sounds wonderful...A sewing/craft room is always wonderful too. I bet the girls are thrilled with each having their own room....

Went to the chiropractor today in themiddle of boxing I got to the point wher I could bearly move. it helpped some I am going to go again tomorrow. Hopefully sitting in a hot tub tonight will help

Hey there Sunshine,
I feel your pain! "Icy Hot" or the large patches that heat up from Walmart or the Drug Store are wonderful  Moving has a way of making all the aches and pains surface....hope you heal quickly! The hot tub a few times a day will help soooo much...wish I had one of those....LOL

Sunshine,
i can feel for you. I go to the chiropractor every week or two have been for 16 years. Just be careful lifting. Bend from the knees. ;) You can do a lot of damage by waiting to long to get it taken care of. Glad to hear your are getting adjusted during all of this. Soaking in a hot tub sounds wonderful.

A friend of mine told me that when mine hurts to put some epson salts in my very warm tub and soak. It does work for me. I wish I lived closer to you so that I could help you and your family. i am soooo feeling sorry for you with the back pain. wish i could come there and help you move, but i kinda wonder if i would get sidetracked staring at all of your beautiful handmade items!
like.....ooooh, sunshine when did you make this, what technique is it, can you teach me how to do this.
anyway, my thoughts are with you and i am tired from just thinking about all the work you are doing. your new house does sound wonderful.
we will miss you here, get your computer plugged in first.

Thank you every one for the well wishing. To answer a question I am not on any medicine. I am not fond of things like that because if you mask the pain to much you can end up hurting yourself more so I take the pain till I know if I take it any longer I won't be able to move then I immediately go to the chiropractor and normally good for a month or more right now I am going to the chiropractor every day but he goes on vacation tomorrow till Sunday so I can't go again till Monday. My husband went to work late to move 18 boxes of books so I could just put them on the shelf and not have to take them up 1 1/2 flights f stairs by myself. he is a good boy. I go tot the chiro again in 2 hours. Take care ladies

I am just sort of use to it. I think it is a built up tolerance as apposed to a touch cookie. My back has paralyzed my legs do to pain several times in my life where my husband would carry me from place to place for months on end ( he is very strong he can bench 350 pounds I only weigh 130 so not to hard for him). So it isn't near as bad as that right now. I can remember dragging my legs around by pulling myself with my arms to chance a 2 and 4 year old while I was taking care of a new born.. This is tons easier than that. I thought it was getting there yesterday though. That is why I went to the chiro yesterday without an appointment.
I am currently weighting for my husband to show up so we can load the truck at our old house and take a small load to our new home so I actually have a few minuets to hang out on the computer.
