I just love it! Now that I'm paying attention, it seems like I see pictures and photos of pinkeepers all OVER the place - I was in the one quilt shop in the "big" town closes to me, and what do you know??? Right next to their store "working" frame was this lovely pinkeeper - obviously homemade - I don't have a photo, but it was a small cast iron kettle with the pinkeeper "stuff" on top. It was just really cute. Lucky pins is right!!! I LOVE seeing these - they are all SO amazing!!!
Be sure to send in a photo of your finished pinkeeper - I just know we'd all love to see it!!!

Okay... you all make me so nervous cause you're so good... but I have a few fun ideas so I'm gonna try my hand at this!! Pin keepers here I come... and you know, even if it turns out no good, I have been really wanting a new fun pin cushion!!

How are all the pin keepers coming, Ladies? I haven't started on mine yet, but I have a few ideas. I guess it all comes down to how practical they will be and if I can pull them off with my rookie sewing skills :)

great site sunshine! i have a hand-full that i will sell at our art in the alley .. and i'm giving a "make-do" class and tea party this autumn at a Heritage Skills Weekend. I have about a half-dozen pinkeep kits for each lady attending. should be lots of fun! i make miniature ones for my SEWPHIE dollies too.

I don't see a picture of your pinkeeper- did you try and post it here?
Just a quick picture refresher for everyone- to post a picture you need to upload it to the internet on another site first. www.photobucket.com is a great site for this- easy to use and free! After you have uploaded the picture to the internet, it will have it's own url- just like a web page. To post it on the forum you simply type {img} image url here {/img} but instead of the {} marks use [] marks. 
Also don't forget to send your picture of your pinkeepers to contest@maryjanesfarm.org
I can't wait to see your pinkeeper Naomi!

I sent the photo in to the email address given, took a few tries, and had to resize the image a few times, as it said it was to large, and I just was not sure what image size went through, as I had sent it to my mother as well, and she said that one of them was very small...

I don't see Naomi's in the gallery :0( she sent it in to the farm..but I wonder if the picture was too small in her email? As it hasn't been posted in the online gallery yet.THat's what she was trying to ask the farm...if they got it and if it was the right size?
