Good morning ladies,
I know this made sound like a strange request but I could use some prayers today. Leaving now from time with our son.
After 2 1/2 years it was good to see him but always hard to say goodbye. Not having a plan when to see him again. My kids are everything to me as I'm sure many of you feel the same about yours so you know what I mean. Thank you for understanding.

Prayers for ou, Denise. I love seeing mine and Ed's sons, and wish we could see them more often. Two of them live within 25-30 miles, and Ed's other son is here now (his renteres moved out so he is here for a while), but he lives in Florida, too.

I would also like prayers. Our Calli cat went over the rainbow bridge this morning. She had been blind for almost 2 years, and this year had begun having problems with her hips which in the past 2 weeks had gotten so bad she could not walk completely frontwards, and the last few days she could not use them at all. Saturday morning we had a lot of rain, and when we got up she wasn't in her little house on the covered patio. Lately we had seen her goig into the center of the yard and just laying there, so we went to look for her. She was laying near one of our downspouts with her head hanging over the edge of the water shoot. I brought her in the house and she was inside until this morning, when we took her to the vet. It was so sad watching her deteriorate over the past months. Now she has no pain, can see, and has hips that work for her. We will miss her - pets are 4-legged family members.

I understand! It’s been since 2021 I think since I saw my kids and grandchildren in person!
On line helps but not the same!
Have a good evening
Hugs

That's how long it had been since we had seen him Darlene.
He plays the violin. Well not so much any more and was out of practice but played for me. I loved it but violin always brings tears to my eyes whenever I hear someone play. I so enjoyed our visit short as it was.

Linda, you have been in my thoughts and prayers today. I am glad that your Calli is no longer in pain but I know how empty it seems when they are no longer with us.

Denise - How far away from you does your son live? I know how hard long distances are. My parents lived in Illinois and I was in Texas. Phone calls just weren't the same as in person.

Denise, I am sorry for your sadness and send you prayers for finding new ways to bridge the long times apart. It is so hard when our children live far away from us and we have such little time together.

Linda, I am glad your sweet Calli crossed the rainbow bridge and no longer has pain and suffering. That said, I understand how hard for it is for you and others who loved her.
