So glad your move and all arrangements are falling into place for you. Soon you will be all settled in and the move will all be behind you. I'm sure JT will sell the truck and trailer soon.

Having bought my house in Dec 2019 and selling the farm in July 2020, I know about all the hoops you need to jump through. We had a bit more time than you have had between buying and making changes to the new house and emptying and selling the old; we packed and moved everything ourselves, too.

The moving truck/trailer arrived today. Everyone helping will arrive tomorrow and Saturday we will get it packed up. So I am getting everything packed we do not need to keep out to have it ready to go in the truck. Plus cleaning because of course I don't want it to look messy when they do the home inspection tomorrow. Add getting papers ready to sign for settlement tomorrow and normal laundry to that. Overall today is busy and I plan to get everything done I possibly can.

The home inspector changed the date so we won't be here when it's done. Today went well except FedEx was supposed to deliver something overnighted, by 10 am. They delivered at 4 in the afternoon which was too late for the closing. So after lots of phone calls prior to delivery we were able to get the papers emailed, printed, signed and back to FedEx by 5 pm. Too late for them to go out but there's is nothing we could do so FedEx dropped the ball again. We never use them because we have never had good experience with them yet. But hopefully all will end well. Tomoorow is the big day for loading. Everyone is arriving tonight. Son in law flew in and is here already. The other two are stuck in traffic at the moment but will hopefully be here by midnight.
So I am not sure when I will get on again but it will be as soon as I need to take a break.
Have a goodnight everyone.

Thank you all. I've been packing and packing and there will be a days break between finishing it all and unpacking it. I am tired but I slept very well last night so I am hoping tonight will be good too.
