Debbie, please do jump on over to the main Forum and check out the swaps!! They are so much fun and over the years have been a wonderful way to meet new Farmgirls and make friends. Plus, it has been an easy way for me to challenge my crafting skills and try new pursuits.

I agree Winnie! It is fun to get to know new ladies, and I usually learn something new from each one.
With the lockdown...we got a bunch of new people, and some who used to participate, but for whatever reason had to drop out, and now they are back. That is the exciting!

I hadn't joined the main forum swaps for a while, but joined in on one a few weeks ago and now there are two I MAY join. Still thinking about them. They are a lot of fun.

I hosted swaps for aprons, sun bonnets, fabric squares, clothespin bags, purses, mini aprons, and a couple others over the years. Haven't done that in a while.

Anyone is welcome to host a swap here too! I'm trying to think up ideas for another one. I have joined the ones on the main forum and they lots of fun, Debbie.

Linda, Thank you so much for the beautiful pillow case you made. The fabric from your civil war collection is just beautiful. I love the stamp material. Thank you for sharing with me. I had been wanting a tape maker and for you to send the whole set. My granddaughter loved your card, she loves cats, did you make it? Thank you for all the other goodies too. Have a great weekend.

Farmgirl Hugs & May all your Wishes come true.

I'm so glad you like everything, Sherry. I have the set of bias tape makers and have made some bias tape with one of the set so far, and it is fun making the tape. It is amazing how many projects call for bias tape, either to match a project item or to contrast with it. They have also come in handy for tie straps for the masks I've been making and for trim on aprons.

I made the pillowcase for the travel pillow; I thought you could always take on trips with you in the car. I have two of them with pillowcases made by me and my mother; just plain fabrics , and they're handy to have for long trips.

Yes, I stamped the front of the card. I still have quite a few stamps, but I'm sure most if my inks have dried up. I haven't made any in a while. Maybe one day I will get back to that hobby.

Marlee, your wonderful package arrived late this afternoon and I had such a good time digging into everything you tucked inside!! Included in the box was a beautiful Pioneer Woman pedestal mug, wonderful strawberry lip balm, a face mask, and traditional Jergens hand lotion. My Mom used to use this lotion every night after she finished in the kitchen and I haven't enjoyed that scent is over 40 years! Also, there are some fun stickers, patriotic paper fans for decorations, great napkins for any summer gathering, Dove chocolates(that are recovering in the fridge) and the sweetest hand written note. Thank-you Marlee for so many thoughtful, useful and fun goodies!! I am going to enjoy using all of them this year!
