Well, I have been held up on my quilting as a few odds and ends house projects need to be worked on.
Hopefully it won't be too long before I can get back to it. Time flies when you are busy. My day is loaded today. Hoping to accomplish many of these projects on my list today.

I sure know how house projects can interfere with craft projects. I have so many UFOs. I REALLY don't need to buy any more fabric - I'm trying to use up or sell a lot of what I have.

I just made this for a girlfriend for her birthday. She just moved to the homestead of her dreams and now has chickens. I used MaryJane's egg apron pattern. I decided to make the single pocket instead of the individual egg pockets so she could use it to carry more than eggs.

I love your color choices, Debbie. I made that apron a couple years ago. It is a nice apron with roomy pockets.

I made that apron for one of the few MJF Merit Badges I earned. Used MJF fabric. Debbie your apron is so pretty. Well Done!

Thank you, girls!! I'm glad you like it! I love the fabric, I saved every scrap so I can make something else with it.

She DID love it! That made me happy! Here is a picture from my "office" last week. Grass harvest finished a week ago, thank goodness! No bad weather this year. I got to go visit my aunts and cousins for a day of crafting and now am back home, wishing I was sewing, but am having to clean the drawers and cupboards in my kitchen because of some kind of bug invasion!!! YUCK, YUCK....they look like some kind of spider mite. I have never seen anything like them. I am almost finished and then I plan on doing something a little more fun! At least my cupboards and drawers are nice and clean and re organized. I even decluttered while I was at it and have a stack to take to St. Vincent's.

Yes, we did. I got to help move stacks night before last. Most of our customers will losd it on trucks right out of the field. That saves us a lot of work.

So do you have it in square bales of big round ones.
Do you have cows?

We put it up in the big square bales. No, no cows, just horses. We sell it to cow and horse people.

Yesterday I finished my apple table mat so today I will start another wool applique project. The apple mat was so easy to make I decided I want to make one with pumpkins. I have a green felt piece I can use for the base and enough orange & gold wool in my stash to make the pumpkins. I also have the right size pumpkin pattern from another project. Love - just love it when I want to work on a new wool project and I have everything on hand. It makes it easy to do it not to mention it's easy on my budget.

Good for you Sara! Way to go! Sounds like you are enjoying this indoor time during our heat wave!
Hopefully I can get some inside work done today, starting with two loads of laundry. If I really stay focused maybe I can finish the tying of Hadlee's birthday quilt,
Then I need to work on the two swaps I signed up for.
I admire you and all you get done.
Yesterday I had a spurt of energy and got a lot accomplished out doors. Today I have less energy so it is an inside day.

Debbie do the big square bales require a tractor with spears to move them?
My son's hay is put up in big round bales. He is often seen with a giant 'Tater Tots' on both the front and back of his tractor when he is putting out cow hay, and sometimes horse hay.

Here are pictures of three quilts I have recently finished. The first 2 are for the 6YO and 7YO grandsons of my friends we will be staying with in Germany over Christmas. The last one is a UFO using the 10" Farmgirl themed squares from a swap I hosted a couple years ago. I am trying to use up some of the other 10"squares in different patterns to get quilts finished.
