Praying for you ladies on the East coast. I was just watching
bp earthwatch on you tube...he does a good report on conditions and predictions of what these unpredictable monster hurricanes could do. Please be safe. We love and care about each of you.

it looks like they are forecasting Jose to go more north so we will get winds and getting wind and rain now. they say it will end by Thursday morning. We are prepared for power outage and such. I am praying it will continue going east as well as north but hopefully Massachusetts wont get it.

My big sister is on the coast of Massachusetts, she and her hubby are prepared, but praying it won't make landfall.

They just seem to be getting the brunt of all of them this year. And that earthquake in Mexico. I think I heard 7.7!

Thankfully, it looks like Hurricane Maria is going to stay away from Florida. Our state is still trying to restore power in hard hit areas of the south and rural areas here in the northern part. Plus our rivers have been cresting at record highs this week so people are still flooded out of their homes along the rivers. It has been a mess and another big bunch of rain would have been terrible. I hope we can all help Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands get back up and running too. They have suffered terrible destruction.

Yes Mexico had a 7.1 and 7.4 close together. In Puebla and Roblas, not sure of the spelling.
Over 200 have died so far, prayers for them all and all who are in the way of the Hurricanes.

It seems that the U.S. And our close neighbors have suffered so much this summer. It is sad.

The last I saw they had the track for Maria going to the north and east. not sure how far east but hopefully well away from the U.S.
Puerto Rico is with out power and I heard the NOAA and cell towers are down. Just devastating as people don't know and don't have a way to find out if their loved are safe. Prayers for them all.

Praying for those in Puerto Rico. Just so devastating. So much loss there, lives and homes.

I was watching the TV today while doing some ironing and it is just awful that Puerto Rico has had so much damage. I hope they are able to rescue as many people as possible and help everyone have access to the basics like clean water and power so that they can at least be safe and try and get their lives together as clean-up and work crews tackle all that there is to do.
