We are headed to St. Augustine Beach with friends so I am getting my greetings out early today. This was me about age three wearing a new dress my Mother had smocked for Easter and Summer. I wish it was in color so I could see how it really looked.

| What a cute picture Winnie. Remember when they dressed us in organdy? My mother made me a little yellow organdy Sunday dress. It had two little pockets that she embroidered purple pansies on. I remember examining those tiny flowers very closely, thinking my mother was magic or something. I was six. |

| Happy Easter eek end everyone! Winnie, I remember my mom making dresses for me with the smocking on. They were so cute. Wish they'd come back in style now. I always had new shoes, hat and gloves for Easter. |

Winnie, so cute! It is sort of sad that people do not dress up anymore. Oh well, times are changing! I'm all for change but somethings are fine just the way they are!

Here are my sweeties on Easter in their yard hunting eggs but stopping a minute to have their picture in their new Easter finery. No hats though. whoever wanted to wear a hat to church last Sunday did and I had one that happened to go with my out fit, It was fun.
The hat I found in the Post Office, It sure was pretty.
It was a good day! Blessed.
