Yesterday DH told me it was national slacker day (Goof Off day?)! I was right on that one!
My niece and I are having a Mexican Fiesta bridal shower for her twin who lives in AZ. DH and I found a Mexican grocery store an hour away. I bought a pinata to fill with Dollar Tree goodies as an extra gift (useful goodies). It was dark in the store. When we got home he noticed that some of the crepe paper was dirty on one side of the pinata. (that thing wasn't cheap either). So back to town this afternoon for crepe paper to repair and replace. Its a good thing I love crafting. |

Today is Cuddly Kitten Day, National Puppy Day, and National Chip & Chip Day. Wonder if I can convince my hubby to bring home more kittens to become barn cats ;) |

| Today is National Crayon Day! Does anyone else love the smell of a brand new box of opened crayons??? I read that they just retired the "Dandelion" crayon from the box of 24. I think the box of 48 was always my favorite. It is also National Tater Day!!! |

| I love the smell of crayons too! My sister's VW Jetta always smells like crayons. I always thought it was really strange but then I learned that it has to do with the type of glue used in VW's. Weird huh? |

| That sounds WONDERFUL!!!! Think I might have my daughter make a couple coffee cakes tonight for tomorrow's breakfast (we don't have time in the morning with Brad leaving for work). And I LOVE the idea of no housework... unfortunately I cannot do none, so I will celebrate Minimal housework day :) |
