Carole, last summer was a crazy time for me. I was undergoing tests related to my heart, and driving my husband out of town for multiple doctor visits and paperwork, leading up to his back surgery just two weeks after my angiogram. Throw in our granddaughter and a new job, and last summer was a blur. I remember two emails, but not what they said other than the invitation and that Brian had to do something. I am sure that your communication was ok. Perhaps you might ask Linda O. and Brenda for their input. My chemo brain is not like the one God gave me originally.

Thanks Marilyn. I just wanted to make sure that I am as welcoming as can be to our new henhouse members. We have such a wonderful group of ladies, it is important to me that the henhouse is well presented! I am still tweaking my "welcome" package e-mails.

Carole -

I think you meant Marilyn in your last post. She was the one who responded to your querry, not I. You are a great henmother. I'm so happy to be a part of the SPG henhouse.

And as I told Marilyn when she joined MJF, swaps area a super way to get to know the gals here, and a lot of the SPG gals are very active in swaps.

Linda, thanks for pointing that out! I did mean Marilyn and yet I wrote Linda! I have since changed it!

no problem at all. Thanks for being henmother.

Are you making an egg gathering apron? Are we going to do something as a henhouse for the Jubilee? I have an idea for a Jubilee swap for our hemhouse.

Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.
Tell God what you need, and thank him for what he has done.
Philippians 4:6

Just follow God unquestioningly.
Because you love Him so, for if you trust His judgment there is nothing you need to know.
