Amy - I will send your package out tomorrow if the post office is open here on Saturday mornings. LOL!
Follow-up information on Ed's sister: Betty Lou went home to be with the Lord last night at 5:05 pm. She was just diagnosed with cancer (in her breast, lungs, and bones) last Tuesday the 12th, when she went to the ER because she was having trouble breathing. She experienced no pain and died with her family around her. We will be staying in Michigan until after her funeral on the 30th. |

Winnie! So glad you enjoyed the Valentine Swap! I really had fun making it for you! and I love my Valentines Gifts from you also!! My Hubby, also has learned that Farm Girl mail can contain Chocolate! LOL!! We only got an inch of snow. Cold Temps!! High of 35 today, but the Sun is shinning!

Oh my gosh, I got the most wonderful Valentine's package from Linda! There is nothing more treasured than the work of a friend's hands, and I hit the jackpot. Look at these beautiful (not to mention useful!) goodies:
There is the cleverest device for removing hot bowls from the microwave, made from lovely bird print fabric. It will finally solve the problem of me worrying about mom burning herself when she uses the microwave. There's a hot pad/mit made from a snazzy 20's stylized print that will really jazz up my kitchen. And a gingham sun bonnet! Oh my, I love love love hats and it is so pretty! I will be wearing it all the time! Linda, your sewing is amazing, and I'm so proud that you shared your talent with me. Thank you so very much! With any luck, your package will go out today. Whoohoo, I got a package today from Denise and wow.! First quart jar with handle and straw red wit candy kisses. Oh love them. A cute little bug make with buttons cute. A crocheted dishcloth with a heart in the middle. A cute bag from JoAnn's Go Green . I love those, pack of straws , I will use when I make my chocolate milk and cute mini clothes pins
with hearts. And a cute wood magnet and reads Above all love each other deeply.
And a long banner with ribbons of valentine all keep of different reds.
Denise Thank you so much I just love it. The jar of kisses go with me when I it with my little this weekend. Ha!
