Marlee, I am so glad you liked it!
I received an awesome package in the mail this morning and I just got a chance to open it up. Oh my, ALL of my favorite things. A cozy mystery that I have not read nor even heard of yet. Cute stickers, napkins, little polka dot clothespins, 5 little boxes of conversation hearts  , Twizzlers (one of my favorites),Caramel tea and English Breakfast tea, and a sweet little booklet that came in a special bag. You can see it in the picture. She also tucked in a cute little heart with Valentine wishes! Thanks so much Marlee!

I received my delightful package today from Ruth. She even included a couple gifts for my kids, who were delighted and are deciding how they are splitting the valentines :) The picture does not do the apron justice! The fabric is absolutely lovely! Thank you so much!

WOW! That's all I can say! Amy - what a super duper Valentines box. Amy - you are a super swapper!
Amy made me a dishtowel angel with a heart-shaped thread cutter hanging from her neck, with potholder wings and crocheted arms that she made. Her 93 YO Mom put the flowers together for the wine glass bouquet - thank you, Mom of Amy! Then there is a heart-shaped box with a wonderful bar of soap, a heart-shaped box of candy (YUM YUM!), a heart-shaped box of rose-blossom-shaped shaved soaps, a heart-shaped bottle of bath salts, socks (I love socks!), a box of Bigelow Raspberry Royale tea, a beautiful black scarf with hearts on it and a note pad and pen, and , in Amy's own words, a CD of "lovey-dovey stories" about her brother and his wife, and other relatives. I can't wait to see what juicy tidbits awaits me when I listen to it. Thanks so much, Amy. It took 2 pictures to get everything in!

Hi Shannon, My sweet package came while I was out of town. I opened it late last night, oh how much fun I had! Love everything you sent. Want to get photo's later today (getting ready for Church now), but wanted to let you know it arrived safely and I so appreciate all the time and thoughtfulness that went into it!

Shannon, I absolutely loved everything in my Valentine Swap box!
I don't know where you find the time to make so many goodies, but I certainly do appreciate it. I have the felt and paper hearts hanging in my kitchen window, so I can really enjoy them! You did a great job on the crochet dish/wash cloth. I might even use it for a hot pad because it is nice and thick! The lavender heart with embroidery is so cute. Love the little book marks (very unusual and sweet), speaking of sweet - Dove Chocolate - yum! Valentine Stickers, and then for the garden lover in me....heart shaped seed packs - plant the whole thing, water, and wait for flowers! Our honey bees will be very happy with those too :)!

| Carole, I picked up your box at the post office today. You really spoiled me. I love t h e fabric, and the new mug is perfect. I will enjoy the tea and CHOCOLATES. Thank you for the two books. I had no idea there was a book about all of those quilt shops. I used to buy a magazine that featured quilt shops, and enjoyed reading about them, so this is very special for me. Also thank you for the cute little acorn pin. You made my day special. Thank you so much. |
