Please pray for my Aunt Judy and her daughter Melissa. They are like sisters to me.
My Aunt Judy is going to have a radiation treatment for a spot in her neck that is inoperable, its not cancer, it stems from a surgery she had over 30 years ago.

Melissa is a Breast cancer survivor and will have a lump that (an MRI showed isn't cancer) drained and she will be off work for 2 weeks. I dont know all the details of this.

I thank you all!

Just wanted update on family. JT talked to his mom Sunday and it sounds like everyone is well again. Thank you for the prayers. You never know how these things will affect each one.
I've been dealing with the signs of arthritis. Runs in the family. Mom had rheumatoid and dad had osteoarthritis. So, not a surprise at all. Does make things more challenging though.

Denise, I am glad to hear the news about JT's mom, Arthritis is hard to deal with sometimes, but keep on moving so it doesnt get to stiffen up. Take care and stay well.

Denise, I've lived with and dealt with this misery they call arthritis...for 60 or more years. Early on they did not know what to do with me.
During childhood I suffered with horrid leg aches...then in my early 30s my arms hurt so bad...the only way I could sleep was to wrap them in ace bandages and then put them over the top of my head...finally or eventually sleep would come. So at 41 I had a heel spur that had to be removed. It was that doctor who after looking at my blood work, came in and asked if I was aware of the fact that I had RA. I was almost under. So it was not until my precious grand daughter Bay was undergoing all of the tests she had to endure, that I remembered that doctors words.Ive never been treated for RA...but I have taken more than my share of over the counter pain killers. Now I am glad I did not take the drugs. In fact I do not take any prescriptions...and hope I can continue.
Bay does not take the big bad drugs for her lupus either. When she read the side effects, she said NO way! She manages her lupus with her diet.
Recently I have tried some pain patches from two companies.
First I tried the patches from Body Align. They were doing a good job...but one monthh they never arrived. ( Postal service mess up.),
When I finally restarted them 10 days later my body never could deal with that gap of time... so now I have started on a new system...Lifewave X39 patches. They are not cheap...but for the first time in forever, I have not uttered those words "my back is killing me." I've only taken one advil...that speaks volumes. I've used them for seven days.

Rhuematoid arthritis has to be in a flare up for them to find it. Right now it is hard to get a diagnosis because it is not constant. I have arthritic osteo showing up in xrays so I know I'll be dealing with that more.

Denise, my neighbor, a pharmacist whose hubby is also a pharmacist said that there is only one kind of arthritis that shows up in blood work. RA!

I don't know that it doesn't show up in blood work but Dr. says it has to be in a flare for it to show up. At least that's how they found mom's and can't diagnose mine yet.

Yes, RA can be quite painful and debilitating as well. Any of those auto-immune diseases that affect the joints are miserable. Prayers to all of you and your loved ones who suffer daily with these painful problems.

Connie, I'm so sorry you are suffering! Please go on line and look for:
Lifewave X39. This is a patch. It is about the size of a quarter, although the adhesive around the edge is about 1/4 inch wide. But the center is wow!
You put a patch on the base of your neck, top of the spine area...leave it for 12 hours...then remove it. So I usually put my patch on about 8am-9am. That way I can remove it when I go to bed around 8:30pm.
On day two I put a new patch about an inch below my belly button area. So you get 30 patches in your package. I have been using them for one full week now! And when I got up this morning I felt better than I have in a long time. My back did not hurt! (Now, let me tell you this:
day 1 was awesome
Day 2 and 3 were not as good
Day 4 I felt so good
Day 5 was not as good
Day 6 was a good day
Day 7 was my headache afternoon
Today is day 8!
What I'm trying to say is it takes a bit of time to really feel good. I watched and read a lot of testimonials...so I am trying to be realistic in my expectations. By the time my first 30 patches, are gone I am hoping each day is a good one.
I don't know what is in it, but it does help. In just an hour or so my back pain went from 15 down to 2 or less. They say it activates your stem cells.

"Using our patented technology, the Lifewave X39™ patch activates and mobilizes the body's stem cells, which can help support the natural wound healing process and immune function, elevate antioxidants, manage inflamation, stimulate the production of collagen, and more!
Backed by clinical studies and 20 years of development LifewaveX39™ technology has been demonstrated to provide the following health benefits:

Rapid pain relief
Reduced inflammation
Supports wound healing
Energy and Vitality
Mental clarity
Enhances sports performance
Faster recovery from exercise
Improved skin appearance"

Since 2004, when it was introduced, people all over the world have benefited from using these patches.

The best thing is my intake of Advil each day has really gone down. After taking at least 8 or more each and every day...in the last 7 days, I have taken only two. What does that say...my pain is being addressed without damage to my tummy or my heart.

Connie, it does help. But it is costly. If you sign up as a ddistributor it is less.
