Hi everyone! I went to my appointment for the Pre-Op today and am back. I was ready to go at 5:00 am this morning and beck home by 7:00ish. It was so Smokey up there but we didn’t see any fires thank God! I am pretty much set now for the surgery on the 22.
I am tired! Thank you all for your love and prayers,
I will give more detail later, sleep is coming my way!
Good night!
Darlene

Thank you but please keep me in your prayers, I got a call from the Hospital today saying my antibodies were up and I needed to get tested for that before surgery. Hopefully be tested close to home. Other wise I may have to have a transfusion.
Thank you.
Love you
Darlene

I am trying to get answers for that, when I do I will let you know. From what I understand if they are too high they make you have to have new blood and can be dangerous.
I’m asking and hope for answers tomorrow.

Please pray for the husband of a quilting and Bunko friend's husband and family. She passed away from a pulmonary embolism yesterday morning - complications of COVID. She and her husband both spent 8 days in the hospital 3-4 weeks ago with COVID. They came home about 2 weeks ago and he was getting his strength back quicker than she was. Both were on oxygen after they left the hospital; neither of them was vaccinated, and when they got out of the hospital they had both decided to get the vaccine as soon as they could. It is so sad. Her name was Joyce Thomas. Thank you.

Linda -- Good thoughts going to your Joyce's husband for rapid recovery of covid and peace to him for the loss of his wife. So sad that they couldn't get the vaccine in time.
