Oh my goodness, does that picture not say Spring? I love daffodils, but every year when I plant my blubs small critters dig them all up. Sooooo, this year we will fence my Secret Garden and I will plant there, so I have to wait another year but that is fine. I buy them when I go to town, there will be lots now with Spring coming.
Thank your Sherry for the beautiful picture, wish I could have went with you on Saturday, I know you had fun.
Hugs,
Debbie

Oh those are pretty daffodils,

I took some pictures of the ones at school but they didn't turn out to good the wind was blowing and raining and dark,
I won't put them up here.
I will enjoy the ones picture instead. Those are beautiful.

Good Evening Girls,
Welcome back Joan! We missed you!!

Love all the springy pictures being posted, you won't get any from me for a few more months. Although I will post pictures of baby calves in a few weeks.

My bags are almost packed. Will finish up tomorrow and tidy up the house a bit and be set to go.

Tammy I hope you are feeling better. Debbie do you start PTnext week? Good luck with that and praying all goes well with Toms appointment. Darlene I am so excited you are visiting family for Easter. Ruth please share pictures of your flowers starting to pop out. Love your pics Sherry.

Off to dream of warmer weather.

Hugs
Julie

Hope this picture posts...this is my Spring Lamb!!! LOL

Sherry love the daffodils! We have Tulip farms and Dahlia Farms all around us.
I enjoy visiting those every chance I get. I have taken so many pictures of them
I could bore you gals to death. LOL

It is raining hard...so, I am going to quit chatting by the fire and go cozy up
with a good book for awhile, and then maybe a little cat nap after that.

Enjoy your day my lovelies!

Hugs,
Peggy

my grandbaby was here while I was preparing dinner. I started to make the salad, cutting up the lettuce and she decided to help me. She grabbed a bunch and started tearing it up and looking at me and laughing. She's 17 months old. She wants to help me all the time

another busy day in my family. Did I mention to you all that both daughters are pregnant only 5 weeks apart!!! One daughter has my grandbaby "Hannah" and she's expecting her second baby in early August (she is having a BOY). This is our first boy in our family!
My other daughter, this will be her first child, (and she is having a GIRL)..is expecting early July! Craziness. So much planning but with all happy and blessed things. Talk to you all later.

Good Morning my Beautiful Chickies~

Julie, I miss you so much already but know that you and Keith are having a wonderufl time in the land of warm!

Peggy, your Spring Lamb is so sweet what a happy face.

Joan, we are so happy to have you back as we missed you sooooooooooooooo much, congrats on new grandbabies. I was a good Mama Hen a did not announce it in the HH when you told me as you needed to share your wonderful news with everyone.

I did order one of Joan's Living LOckets and when I get it I will take a picture to share with all of you, Joan the check did go in the mail yeasterday.

Sherry, I am so sorry I missed your calls as I love talking to you so much. Yes, Kent is here for a couple more days and we have been busy. Yesterday we drove to Pueblo to the Riverwalk, it is about an hour away from home, we took the back roads as it is a much prettier drive than the interstate. Besides being with my two favorite guys yesterday the best part was the weather, Pueblo is south of us and oh gals it was so warm! 72 degrees, I thought I died and went to heaven, the weather was just so perfect, we walked and walked and walked. Oh yes we did some antiiquing and junking as well so it was a perfect day all a round. Today we will stay home as it is cold again and it will rain a bit and snow we are suppose to get up to 9 incher, so we will make lasagna, play games and watch movies. Nice quiet family day together.

Sherry maybe we can talk late Saturday afternoon after Kent leaves or Sunday, let me know what is good for you. Can you bottle up those beautiful daffodils and send them to me?

Tammy continued to feel better and so not push it, you sounded like your old self on the phone, laughing a bit so it did n ot hurt but you sounded good and rested.

Ruth, I am so jealouse, yes I know I should not be butt.... all your spring flowers coming up, oh I know you are happy. We have t least 2 more months of winter with only a couple of warm days thrown in, I am not complaining as we sure need the next two months of moisture but I miss warm. Guess we will have to make another day trip south.

All right my sweet Chickies have a beautiful weekend with your families, have fun and Be Happy.

HUgs,

Debbie

Hello my sisters from sunny, warm Mexico,
This is the first time I have been warm since October and I am loving it! So far we haven't left the beach much and only made it to the lobby for a bit today to check up on kids and emails. The hisbiscus is so beautiful here, we were welcomed back by our resident iguanas. This is the 3rd year at this resort so feels like coming back to old friends.

Sherry, I waved at you as we flew over Texas! Sorry I couldn't stop by.

I think tomorrow we might head into town for a bit of shopping. Can't buy much, only have about 6 extra pounds between both suitcases. I booked a deep sa fishing excursion for Monday. Can't wait to do that.

Back to the beach. Tough life I know.

Hugs to all!
Julie

HI Gals, Been a busy few days! Hope to slow down a bit over the weekend.
Julie, enjoy all the warmth and beauty. Please take lots of pretty photos to share.
Debbie, enjoy time with your fellas, so glad you got to feel some warmth, if only for a day!
Tammy, Glad you are feeling better, please don't over do.
Peggy, Cute little "Lamb" of yours, couldn't you just eat em up ?
Joan, Such happy news! Nothing quite like precious grand babies, well maybe great grandbabies :)! We have three!
Hi Sherry, Thanks for all you do to keep us updated.
Have a great weekend everyone. We are supposed to be warm here :)! It was beautiful today! Worked out in the yard a little bit, enjoying the warm sunshine. Spring is coming, plus we get more daylight starting Sunday. Love that, but loosing an hour sure messes me up for a few days.

Hi everyone,

I hope you have a fun week-end.

I have a request for a prayer for a tiny one that is only 7 months old.

Her name is Cydney and she is having problems eating and they thought it was pyloric stenosie, but the doctors cannot find the cause at this time for what is going on. About a month or two ago she started having problem eating and couldn't keep her solid foods down. She is becoming anemic and other problems and the doctors have not been able to pin down the problem with her. Please pray for her and her family. Her Grandmother Joanne is there to help with the other girls when the parents are over in Redding to have her checked and tested

Thank you so much

Blessings
darlene

Hello to all my Beautiful Chickies,
It is cold and snowy here today so I have been blogging, trying to catch up on my blog and post some pictues of some of my recent treasures that I have bought. Hard to believe I have not blogged since New Years. I do not have the gift of words that most of my farmgirl sisters have but I can post pictures. I am going to try and do better keeping up with it.
Well, it is time to fix my guys lunch, Kent will be going home this afternoon so I want to send him off with a nice lunch.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone and be Happy.
Hugs,
Debbie

Good evening all! Well, the fire is out today. The temps were near 60. Not as nice and warm as I am sure Julie is. Soak up some sunshine for me Julie! We are supposed to have good weather through tomorrow and then I am not sure what the forecast is. BUT it is getting closer to Spring everyday so I am happily looking forward to it. The only thing I dread are the ticks that I am sure will be out in full force come warm weather. Seems like they are worst in the Spring and Fall. I don't know why.
I have been busy cleaning the nest here. I have a project that I have been trying to work on for months. I need my sons help with it but between all I have to do for/with my dad and them trying to sync times with my ds it isn't getting done. But I will continue to try and see if I can at least get a start on it sometime this week.
I am getting together a Spring box to surprise a friend with. Hopefully I will get that finished before Summer gets here. I am amazed at how little I seem to be able to accomplish now that the kids are all gone and grown with their own families.
Oh well I do what I can and leave the rest.
Peggy Your little lamb is adorable!

hugs,
Denise~~

Hi Denise,
good to hear from you! It was nice today with a little rain here and we probably still have ticks in the brush but I don't go there much. We still have some fleas though. They are such a nuisance. I have been working on getting rid of stuff a little at a time but it is a lot of work.

Debbie I hope you had a great Saturday with your family.

Hi Joan 50 degrees is kind of normal around here just a little cool but that is norm for our area. I wouldn't mind more of the 70's.
It is pretty here though.

Julie, How is your tropical weather there in Mexico?

Ruth I hope you had a warm day there today and have a good day tomorrow.

Don't for get to turn your clocks forward tonight.

hugs everone
