Oh I am glad you girls are getting such a laugh at my expense....LOL! You all just know me too well! Barns mean dirt and Tammy doesn't do dirt!!!! I'll let Teri slide on the room service as long as she fixes a mean mint julep :)

Hi Chicks, I would love to join in the fun - September 14. I can drive to KY, no problem :)!
My only issue is I'm very allergic to Hay :(!
Do we have any idea of a date yet???
Dave and I went to the Worlds Longest Yard sale last Friday, only found one small goodie - but we had a good time, and it wasn't too hot. I was looking for vintage Pyrex, which we found, but they were VERY proud of it, so it stayed there!

Ruth, I tell you people want to sell that Pyrex but they want an arm and a leg and an ear or two I think. That stuff is so pricey at the antique shops around here. I try to keep an eye out for it whenever I go to our locals yard sales. Sometimes you can get a nice set for cheap. I have acquired a ton of my mom's since dad moved in. Love using it all.
So Kentucky, let's see I just did two road trips with my dd's mil to Ohio this year so I think I'll be good for Kentucky next year. I have to see how far that actually is from Jersey. :)

Wouldn't that be a great Farm Picture with Tents made out of Patchwork Quilts on Teri's beautiful green lawn! and we could put Tammy in the Wool shed! then catch her sneaking in the house after we all went to sleep! I grew up sleeping on Quilt Pallets on a screened in back porch, so I can do under the stars for a few nights! Hugs!
I hope Teri doesn't move, and not leave a forwarding address before Fall of 2014! LOL!

Oh Connie I am with you, I would love to camp out under the stars, oh what fun we would have. We could roast marshmallows too.
Connie I think it will be her hubby that goes on vacation before we get there:-)

Oh it is so fun being sisters with you all, I won't be able to make the KY trip because I will have to work during that time but am looking forward to hearing about it.
I have always thought it would be fun to go to the World's longest yard sale but will have to settle on what we have here when we have our community wide ones. They are fun, I love these things and then the next day go looking for what is free out there. You just never know what people will put out for free.
