Hello everyone,

I finally made time to do a write up about my meeting with Michele, aka Batznthebelfry. She agreed that I could do a photo essay with a bit of write up.

You may view the blog entry

Hi Carole...I went on your Blog and read about Michele...and enjoyed the pictures very much.

I then left you a comment but when I was done...it still showed that there were No comments.

I too am writing to Michele...so it was nice to have the visuals of both her and the Farm.

Loved the Snowflake that she gifted you with. I can tell by her letters that she is very artistic.

Love and Blessings,
Peggy

Carole, thank you so much for taking the time to meet up with my Dear Friend "M" and posting your visit on your blog. I have been farmgirl sisters/friends with "M" for a couple of years now but we have never met, I hope to meet her one day. She calls me "D" :-) She is a true blue farmgirl Sister and I was thrilled to see a recent picture of her and to know how she is doing on her homestead. Her love of chickens is nothing short of Amazing and now she is Mothering a calf, wow! That's M!

Thank you again for introducing her to all our Chicks.

Luv and Hugs,

Hi Carole, I also read your blog and loved seeing all the photo's you took of Michele and her "life on the farm". I write to her and so enjoy getting her long letters back to me. She is an inspiration. Her love of her Chickens and now the calf is so, so sweet.

Need to get a letter off to her this week :)
Hugs, Ruth

Connie, I'm approximately 55 miles north of Michele. I live as far as it gets in the state of New York before it becomes another country - Canada. It's about an hour away max. It's pretty much all interstate.

Glad you all appreciated the post. It is indeed always nice to put a face to a name.

Carole,
It was so good to see your blog on Michele, I just got a long letter from her and have got to answer it and it is really nice to see who I am writing to. The farm she is working on is really neat and she is so creative. She told me about helping with Watson the calf and now he is with a foster mama and she really misses him. She got her new chicken coop done and that they are now safer from the coons.
Thanks so much for posting it.
hugs
