I got to spend the day with one of my grandkiddos, Soleil..
Ahh, it was a good day.. lunch and then a mini quilt..

Grace, you and the girls look like you made some wonderful memories together along with some quilts! It is wonderful to help girls learn sewing basics because they sure come in handy all of one's life!

I love teaching young girls the simplicity and joy of sewing,,,
I usually start them off with a simple block quilt of simple apron.. both of which gives a newbie seamstress the confidance to persue other sewing projects...
