I am fine with either way. Whatever works best for everyone else.

Linda, it’s a good thing you had that dream then and was able to get the bed changed. Hopefully your maid can help you out with your quilts.

Linda -- you are lucky; my cleaning lady brings me mending to do LOL
Lucky about the bed too, now you won't have to add so many borders.

I'm going to ask the maid to bring a few examples of her quilting and then give her one to do for me. I have so many tops that need quilting.

I am in the process of finishing up some kids quilt tops that I will sell As Quilt Tops on MJF in the Marketplace. Then farmgirls can finish them for kids or grandkids. They will be pretty cheap + postage. I have 2 or 3 Raggedy Ann/Andy tops, 1 Flintstones, and 1 with miscellaneous kids fabric squares. If interested let me know and I can send you pictures.

Another UFO finished today. It contains almost 4000 1 ½ inch squares. Getting my quilt tops quilted is my corona project, along with some other sewing-related UFOs. Tomorrow I make my daughter a promised apron and attempt to put the cuffs on a sweatshirt I started remodeling three years ago.

Wow Judith, you have more gumption than I do.
I've just finished a bookshelf lap quilt. Now my husband wants a large one.

I finished my daughters apron today, hemmed two pair of jeans, looked at the sweatshirt and tried to remember how to put the cuffs on, and made some prairie points to finish a baby-sized quilt. DH made wonderful ribs for dinner and now, at 11:30, I'm finally sitting down.

Beautiful painted rocks, Darlene. Jeep the good work coming.

I love that postage stamp quilt, Judith. Great job. Do you have a long arm machine to quilt them? I always send mine out to be quilted.

Linda -- No long arm for me; my house is too little. The only place would be the living room and DH might object if I removed the TV and his recliner :-)
I quilt on my Bernina 440, usually straight line quilting but sometimes some free motion. I do have several quilts I quilted on a treadle machine.

Judith, that quilt is beautiful and a lot of work! You did amazing!

Darlene your painted rocks are so neat. What do you plan to do with them? Are you going to leave them places for others to find?

I’m not sure which thread to be in, so I’m going to go check out the new one. But this one worked perfectly for me when I opened it!

It is taking me forever but I am slowly making my way through an embroidery I've had for a bit. I love doing. I'm so easily distracted though lol

Jessica that is going to be beautiful! I have done cross stitching in the past and have all sorts of patterns and thread but am at the moment doing gell pens and colored pencil and painting, so for now it will sit where it is along with the plastic canvas. I like doing it all.

Darlene- I know your book pages have been beautiful! I'd love to see your paintings too. I like to paint, but do not get the chance as much as I would like too. Do you use paint with the rocks you're doing?
